4 escape rooms
Puzzles were satisfying for the most part. There was one area where it was hard for us to see a hint due to lighting. It made it sort of artificially hard for us in that moment because we're older lol I think the other part that could have been better was the theming, there's some great sound and set pieces, but it sort of didn't mesh all that well. Still, it was a fun experience - we've enjoyed every room we've done at this location.

Customer service
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
It was a bit different from what we've seen, sort of blending two genres - but I don't think it necessarily hit the mark. Still, credit for them trying something different.
Story
Difficulty
Easy
We probably could have shaved a few minutes off our time. It was probably the easiest room we've attempted though.
Ideal number of players
3
We work as a pair, but this one would probably be fine with three or even four.
Scary
Not scary
The only thing scary was my ability to recognize a particular song being played for atmosphere... from a game... from a long, long time ago.
Minimum age
10
Some of the puzzles require a LITTLE prior knowledge, but I don't think there's anything too tricky.
Was anything broken?
Yes
Not sure if broken is quite the right term. There was a specific moment that required the GM to enter the room and help us along. Maybe a new battery or something was needed? It was brief enough that it didn't bother us.

Accessibility
Would not work for someone with a wheelchair and standing and sitting were both useful. Nothing required crawling though.
Easy to find location
No
It's probably not their fault, the location they're in is a bit weird - it's a storage area that some businesses are set up in behind a furniture store.
Parking
Easy
There's usually plenty of parking.
Safety
Yes
