Timeliner: Train Through Time

I believe this was one of the more tech-heavy escape rooms I’ve been to! Some clues would rely on screens/tablets and also the screens on the wall would change, according to which era you’re in- which is quite a cool concept! The story and the overall narrative is strong and easy to follow! And the end goal is clear, which I like. The set design was definitely well done- although I was even more impressed with the Forbidden Ruins’ theme from the same group! I was able to complete the game with another person with 6mins remaining on the clock- we asked about 2 clues.

The run is fun, but in my opinion more than 4 people is too much, especially with experienced people in the group. The puzzles are enough to be handled by a group of 3 or 4 people. There are some fun mechanics and puzzles!

A straightforward linear escape room with nice environments and decent tech. While there’s nothing especially interesting here from a puzzle perspective, our team still had a good time with the vibes in the room.

Completed with 2 people. It was very enjoyable with moderate difficulty. I would recommend.

This was really interesting! Lots of different puzzles and plenty of things to do.

This was 1 of 3 escape rooms that my 10 year old daughter and I did on my birthday, and this was her favorite. We loved the theme-it wasn't like anything that we had done before, and there was always something for us to do. We made liberal use of hints but the hints were always just the right amount of information to guide us to come up with solutions on our own. The GM was incredible-and gave us some extra time at the end which is why we were able to escape as a group of 2. They even heard it was my birthday and had a card for me at the end of the game. This was such a great experience from start to finish-highly recommend and we'll be back to play the other rooms.
