Low tech room with some different components to the puzzles

While the room was dated with old decor, the puzzles were very fun and made up for it. Worker helping us was great although we had two puzzles correct and for some reason the things would just not open. Eventually the they did, but time was wasted. Fun room though.

All too true. I bought Lake Geneva Clue Room march 2025. We have improved all the rooms and added Memory Lapse. We are working out the bugs in the game play and will soon be offering it as a Totally Immersive experience that will rival the Mad Scientist game at PARADOXsquared. I did this game admittedly a while ago but the experience was not fantastic. The puzzles did not flow well and the game guide was convincing us that we were doing ouzzles wrong when the props were broken. Specifically a black light used on what we were told was the final puzzle would not turn on, and the game guide brought a new flash light after telling us we had failed and used that to show us what the puzzle was, then telling us this was the flashlight we had been using improperly the whole time. 

Beyond the issue of the puzzle and the one game guide, the room itself was not very impressive for being a gangster theme. Unless the room has changed from the time I played last it was a plain white room with some scattered locks, not very immersive. 

Because of how long ago I played this I hope the puzzles/theming had changed and I would give this and other rooms another shot, but as of my last experience it did not live up to its description or advertisement.
