1 escape room

Our group consisted of 6 people ages 12-55 and everyone worked hard to get us through, making it fun for everyone. The visuals and transitions are incredible! We got a little stuck in one puzzle and our “guide” gave us the perfect hint to not give it away but steer us in the right direction. What I liked most was the need for us to work together on so many of the puzzles- it made for a great bonding experience and a wonderful family memory. It was a fantastic night and we’ll definitely come back here to try other rooms.

Gameplay

We had a great time! The room was the perfect balance for our group of being challenging but not impossible.

Atmosphere

The set design is great. Like most escape rooms, it develops as it goes, but wow, it was so much more than we expected.

Customer service

Staff was great, and attentive to how we were doing. We got stuck on one thing for quite a while, and when we asked for help they gave the perfect hint- not a give away, but put us back on track.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

The puzzles were the perfect level of challenge for us, but they were fun and creative and kept everyone engaged the whole time.

2 escape rooms

The escape room was a very cutesy storyline, not scary like anything else they have. The staff told us the spooky themed rooms are downstairs, the beginning half of the rooms was a breeze, the 2nd half was a little more challenging but the room visuals in that 2nd half are amazing.

Gameplay

The room flow was fun, the 1st half of the escape rooms was like any other room, once you got to the 2nd half, switches from mechanical puzzles and help to high tech puzzles and story telling!

Atmosphere

Stepping into the lobby, they have upstairs, makes them feel like a high corporate. I wish they would add some more seasonal decorations. So its not just white walls until you go into your escape room. The escape room has an amazing set design, starts off as normal everyday setting to a unique set up and very gorgeous set up.

Customer service

Walking in the staff was very kind, they asked all of our question and explained that they have spooky themed rooms in the basement and upstairs (where we were) is family friendly rooms.

90 escape rooms

Short answer, we didn’t have fun. The tech didn’t work correctly, GM didn’t give us helpful hints. And some of the puzzles were ambiguous. This all combined to make our team leave the facility in stunned silence after completing the room. UPDATE- I exchanged several emails with the game designer, and he was very apologetic for our experience since there were technical issues that prevented us from having the expected experience. He changed a puzzle per our feedback and added training for the game masters. I'll chalk our bad experience up to bad luck and initial startup issues for the room.

Gameplay

The puzzles were ok, but had inconsistencies. Some objects had multiple numbers, we had to try both to get the right puzzle answer. Others had numbers in different orientations, and a third had the same clue word in different places. Lastly the speakers in the final room didn’t work, so we got no feedback for completing puzzle steps.

Atmosphere

The set aesthetics were nice, but the actual puzzles didn’t activate correctly in the last room in addition to the speakers not working
