Morgan’s Raid

We have done 2 other rooms at this place years ago. Both had wonderful potential but ended up frustrating and disappointing 👎🏼. Tried this room and will say it is far more satisfying than Titanic or the Castle. Multiple rooms and low on the frustration level. We enjoyed the 2nd room the most. Looking back, we spent plenty of time looking for something in the first room and had we found that in 10 minutes rather than 20, we would have been out in 30 minutes. That said, this isn’t a bad room, just wish we had more things to do. Beware as other reviews note, this room tends to be on the dark side (lighting wise). But you can use your phones for addition light as needed.

We got out with 3 minutes to spare but a huge chunk of our time was spent just hunting for things in the darkish room. We probably spent 20 minutes just looking for our next clues. Without that it would’ve been a much quicker win.

Great theme and puzzles were thematic. One of the puzzles was very cool, but hard and frustrating. If the temperature wasn’t 90* in the room, we may have had an easier time of it. Would recommend to friends, but you’ve been warned of the heat.

As with other games at this place, a portion of it broke but did not take away from the experience. Thematic puzzles which uphold the tone. One super confusing puzzle. This is one of the better rooms at Escape Room USA. Some unique features. Appreciated the cool temperature of the room.

There were things I definitely liked about this game. Novel theme, some cool puzzles. But there is too much focus on searching, and low light searching, and a gotcha waiting for you once you've completely tossed the room and gotten stuck; the logic violation on this thing set the tone that the rest of the game couldn't be trusted, which largely wasn't true. Although there was some disambiguation needed in at least one of the other games as well.
