5 escape rooms
It was an easy and linear puzzle. They ranked themselves an 8/10, but it’s one of the easiest escape rooms I’ve done. 4 people felt like too many and they have it for up to 8. We had 20 minutes left and spent about 10 minutes because we had an answer and didn’t input it correctly.
Each puzzle led to the next puzzle with some puzzles sort of feeling like random guessing of the combination, but knowing all of the numbers to plug in.
There was a lot of stuff, but it wasn’t particularly cool.
Staff was super nice.
Mechanical
There were a lot of simple padlocks and combination locks. A little bit of laser.

It was a fun room. If you are an enthusiast you’ve done many heist rooms. This one is nice just like all the others haha. My husband and I did it to finish out all the rooms at the Bay Area locations. The staff is always so amazing and the rooms are always well decorated and immersive. We thought 2 was a perfect size for us having done 100+ rooms. Those newer to escape rooms can do it comfortable with 4

It’s San Francisco, you never know. This location usually has easy parking but it’s always a gamble. Plan parking time into your trip.

Solid escape room with good theming. We were in a group of 5 and that felt like a good size—could've done it with as few as 3, wouldn't want many more than 5.

Heist is a solid game from TEG and offers some fun reveals and interesting puzzles. There are a few moments that's could have used more clarity, but they were balances out by some cool moments that I really appreciated. Very linear so better for smaller groups. A solid room for newer players and a good experience all around!

A fairly linear room. It was well done and polished as all rooms from this company are, but it did feel cramped with 7 people

There were 4 of us in a group. We managed to escape with 7 mins left, but we had to use a lot of clues for it. It’s a great game. Loved how the puzzles matches the theme.
There was enough puzzles to keep our brain constantly thinking.
Design was great. Loved it.
Staff is extremely accommodating. I had to switch games twice. One group backed out and I was to play it solo (I’m not comfortable playing solo plus I like the team aspect). Second group showed up 15 mins late, so I had to get swapped again.

A very linear room that had typical puzzles for escape rooms. The room had some broken props that made the room lose a bit of the charm, but overall a good room to complete with a group of 4-5 people.
