There were two of us. Everything was fine for two people except one would have been better with a third person. We enjoyed the room. Some interesting puzzles. The atmosphere/scenery/props were good for the story. Our gamemaster was working more than one room. This resulted in an incorrect hint being given to us which cost us a fair amount of time. One of the room elements for the atmosphere (but not needed for puzzles) was not working. This was our first experience with this establishment and we had enough enjoyment to consider doing another room later that week.
Gameplay
We enjoyed most of the puzzles. Most of the time we had some inkling of what type of thing we had to do next, but still had to think about details.
Atmosphere
Good atmosphere. Good props. Immersive setting.
Customer service
The GM treated us well, but we did receive an incorrect hint at one point, that she later attributed to working more than one room.
