A challenging puzzle should still give players enough information to make the logical connection, and we understand how frustrating it can be when progressing requires an assumption that doesn’t feel supported by anything in the room. We also completely agree that a good hint should ideally nudge you toward the solution rather than simply give you the answer. We want guests to still have that satisfying “aha!” moment themselves. We’ll be reviewing both the specific puzzle you mentioned and how our team delivers hints so we can improve that balance.
