As a disclaimer, I don't generally love horror. Having said that, I thought Ensayo 2 had a unusual and effective premise but mixed execution. I thought the lights were blinking (not even flickering) more than necessary, and was more annoyed at them than spooked. Some triggers felt late - we would do something, then nothing would immediately happen, which caused confusion. Minor nitpicks: Some signs did not have immediately nearby obvious English translations, though these were pretty clearly for atmosphere and not critical to understand. Like many games in Spain, I thought announcements were difficult to understand due to a combination of not dropping music levels when speaking + GM's accent + tinny speakers.
