Locked in a mystical tavern from times long past, you’re on a quest to save the city. This Lord Of The Rings roomed had unique puzzles and ideas, but overall lacked theming, atmosphere or story which would’ve brought it to the next level.

A LOTR-themed first-gen room with loads of puzzles. Not going to wow anyone with its size, aesthetics, or immersion, but the design and diversity of puzzles made it a pretty fun and challenging experience.

Hiya, apologies that the cipher being incorrect put a damper on your experience, after seeing this review and our chat after your game, myself and our other manager put our heads together and we managed to fix the issue, we had to make a few adjustments to make things work out but everything should be running smoothly now! Good room, great decoration, nice theme. And as others have said a good Lord of the rings theme to it as well. I‘d say it is missing a bit of that cohesion and there are a lot of locks and number locks and when you find a new key or number, there‘s no telling which one to put it into and you try all of them out. So a bit more of a line or narrative to stick to and it would be better:)

Loved this room, it ate my partner and me up, and spat us back out again, which doesn't happen often, and I love when it does. Our typical approach to rooms really slowed us down in this room, and applied pressure to us. I usually leave puzzles that require reading or lots of writing as late as possible, that was our undoing, that was our fault though, still a great room, and would definitely recommend!
