Game was not reset properly. One mechanical element was broken. Door was open to hall. Took a long time for character interactions. Some puzzles were completed without us solving them. Game felt clumsy. Puzzles were not very good. Lots of potential but poorly executed. Seemed to be understaffed and not enough time to reset between groups.

There was a broken puzzle (seemed essential?). One item needed battery replacement so we couldn't communicate with the person that is part of the story. One of the equipment wasn't intuitive for use. The latter thematically did not make sense in story/actions. Signs that illustrate what to do took away from the experience

Add this room to your Halloween season itinerary. We had a lot of fun but there’s definitely room for improvement. The puzzles made sense. A device was not working properly and slowed us down but we were able to resolve the issue thanks to our host. There was an exciting moment that took me back to The Hide which was cool. The interactions with the actor was the heart of the experience. Liza did an amazing job playing different roles and also as our host. There was a task we completed but it was unclear how we solved it 🤷🏽‍♂️. This room could use more puzzles and more AC

I’ve done most of the scary escape rooms in LA and Vegas. This might be the in the bottom half. The puzzles weren’t explained well and it seemed that several electronic devices weren’t working. The set looked old despite it being a new room. The actors were slow to appear on their cues to the point we wondered if an actor was even going to appear. The game wasn’t necessarily fun or scary. Also the biggest issue I’ve ever had In any escape room occurred here. They’re touting the room as being scary and immersive, but the door to enter and close to the room was literally off the hinges! To the point that someone waiting for another game came into our game and asked where the bathroom was. It was ridiculously bad. I wish I could get my money back.

Just seemed very rushed. Again, they just didn’t seem ready for us. Moments didn’t work, taking us out of the atmosphere and story. Really sad this one wasn’t good. Was very much looking forward to it.
