Overall, another great room from Time Crunch Escapes. If you’re looking for a good challenge that won’t be too crazy hard this is the one to start with. The room is great for groups that like to each work independently at times cause there’s plenty to figure out that won’t be held up by somebody else’s puzzle.
The gameplay was great, a lot of different threads to keep even large groups without idle hands. The open access allowed for anyone to help make progress toward the goal. Not leaving the next step to just one or two puzzles.
Set design was spot on from the decor to the props and even the music playing, put you directly in a classic style dinner. Only thing missing was the smell of fresh food and clinking plates.
Staff was warm and welcoming, GM was great and knew exactly what little nudge we needed to get back on track when we were lost.

Loved this room! Such a cute theme and fun puzzles throughout. Played with 2 people and were solving the last puzzle as time ran out, and they let us finish up and solve the rest! The staff was awesome, highly recommend!
Super cute and fun theme!
The staff was so nice and welcoming!! We chatted with 3-4 different staff members who were all so kind and happy to chat with us. It really stood out and was very appreciated!!

It was well themed by what I’d expect for West Texas competition. Some of the puzzles flowed well and others didn’t. I’m usually not a fan of solving a puzzle then having to guess which lock it goes to. But some of their puzzles are great at letting you know the logic flow. It was challenging and had some different puzzles I hadn’t seen done before. We had an owner for our game master and he was so great. We enjoyed the pre game set up and he did a great job at making us feel like a valued customer.

The props were fun. Nothing super crazy or high tech but it all worked well for the theme.
The staff was amazing! They set us up for success and took time after the game to chat with us.

The Turntable Diner was good for Lubbock but I wouldn’t deliberately travel here specifically for this room. Lots of puzzles in the room but not truly my ideal type of room since certain puzzles practically expected you to use a clue to solve.
Not my type of puzzles.
Atmosphere was fun and engaging. Definitely brought back the 60’s diner vibe.
GM was very kind and did a great job paying attention to us throughout the experience.

Not scary at all…. But it never was intending to be either.

We had a few choices in Lubbock but chose Time Crunch because of the unique Diner theme. It was immersive, fun and had some different puzzles. And the owner, who was our GM, was so nice! You can tell he loves what he does.
