He has created a sick and twisted game in his deceased mother's basement. He hopes to SLAUGHTER the unintelligent and find those who are worthy of escaping by his late mother's standards. Just as a forewarning, this room has a live actor who will touch your shoulder and lean in to “sniff” you. This actor does have a taser (for their protection and to use as a scare tactic). If you don’t want touched or sniffed, do not book this room because they will put you into a different room. Overall, this room was well done and pretty intense. You will scream and you might pee a little (they literally have a count of who has admitted to peeing their pants).

I loved this room so much! Ligit scary. Like really scary. The puzzles were great. Cannot wait for Basement 2!
Ligit scary. Like, we are all adults, and it was scarier than any haunted house I’ve ever been in. And the puzzles were so good!
Perfect! Dark, scary, run down - fit the vibe of the theme
Intense Escape has the best employees!

One word: INTENSE! My group is pretty experienced (over 100 games) and we were not expecting what occurred in this room. Having played top games in the US, we still have yet to feel the same as we did playing this room: Pure terror! Excellent immersion. Clues were nothing special, but the fear element, and need to face that fear, adds a whole new level to the game. We still talk about it often, and our group chat was changed to “The Basement Support Group.” This room is a MUST!

our first room with live actors, and it was memorable! intense escape is always our first company that we recommend to new or experienced people. the room is scary, but fun at the same time. the puzzles were all of good quality, and so were the scares!
