Atlantis: The Forgotten City

I volunteer with the Catholic Big Brothers of Los Angeles and wanted to do something special with my lil on our one year anniversary and am so happy we chose Hypnotic escape rooms for our special outing. Both my lil and I loved the experience and how special it was! Arthur our guide was so great, he made us feel so welcome and gave us the perfect amount of guidance since it was both our first time doing an escape room and we chose a challenging one, but made it through. Great bonding experience! Will definitely be going back to check out the other rooms!!

It has move into my Top 5. Simply beautiful. The guys at hypnotic are true to the art. You can tell and see the amount of love they have for escape rooms. The amount of detail that the room has is in rare air. Theming and puzzles were perfect.m, challenging and fun. Thank you again for making it special for me and my son. He loved it as well

the best escape room i have ever played and it was completely immersive with evey set prop wonderfully designed and placed. the puzzles were also well thought off and in a good story telling format. the host chatted with us after we escaped and we could clearly say he is passionate about what he is doing and it translated into the escape rooms the team has built. would recommend it for sure whenever you are in LA

Super super charming room!! It’s bigger than you expect and there’s so many fun details in the decor 💙💙 None of the puzzles felt unfair, and the story line was cute Our GM Arthur was a highlight- he was super enthusiastic when chatting with us, and very patient with booking hiccups

Amazing room. We were looking for a good one to do in a quick pinch and stumbled upon this. Everything flows together so well, genuinely one of the best rooms in LA. We chatted with one of the owners and he was super nice too, stop by!

A vast and wonderful design is the setting for a series of well thought out puzzles

The Energizer Bunny has nothing on this room as Atlantis keeps going…and going……..and going. The set is great and the space is sprawling and the height of the room, the lighting and soundtrack all contributed to the amazing feel. The puzzles are intuitive and flowed nicely and there are no locks or keys in the room. This room definitely slots into my top 20 rooms. I just need to figure out where.

Atlantis is a big, high-production room that really delivers on immersion. We had 5 people and it felt like the right number because there’s a lot going on in a good way. No traditional locks, which keeps the flow smooth and everything feels integrated into the environment. We needed a couple hints, but it felt fair with how much content is packed in. You definitely get your money’s worth here. Great GM too, super friendly and took time to chat after. Highly recommend.

WOW! Just wow. This set design was massive, detailed, and high tech. From lighting to music every element added to the immersion. The transition in the beginning and from room to room provided several WOW moments that I haven’t see in any other rooms. This is a puzzle heavy room which we loved! Nothing too complex and everything makes sense. Incredible room! Shoutout to our GM Scott!
