Boom Room

Very simple generation one game, however still a great time. The puzzles are simple but effective and I would imagine that most guests are still satisfied by the game. I would have liked the set to be a bit more thrilling, it’s a big space and it could have had a bit more love to it. We had a nice time though.

Enjoyed the room! We moved pretty quickly through each puzzle and didn’t require very many hints.

A lovely, cohesive, enjoyable, and fun first-generation room. We had a lot of fun creating it.

Giving this one a solid meh. Not bad, but definitely a tier down from their other options. If you have to cut out one room from your Room Escape visit, make it this one.

I really enjoyed our experience! There were a couple puzzles which were quite difficult and we managed to guess a lock combination by chance, but overall we had a very good time!

The room was okay... but nothing special for us. The positives: - Lots of items to interact with - The layout was well-designed; the scenario wasn't too big or too small - The puzzles were well-designed Things we would have done differently: - Although the GM was very nice, let’s just say we didn’t feel watched at all during our game. The proof: we finished the scenario and waited a good ten minutes for someone to come find us before leaving; in the end, she caught up with us in the hallway to get our feedback - A ton of padlocks

We found ourselves in a war-like atmosphere, just as we expected. I liked the settings and the puzzles—it was a completely different style from what we usually do, but I really enjoyed it.

This was a super fun last minute booking for us! This room was the perfect balance of simple yet clever puzzles and more complicated ones that weren’t ever difficult enough to waste precious time. It was super satisfying moving from one puzzle to the next, and felt like there were a good amount of puzzles through the whole thing. Overall it’s a nice “feel-good” room to do! 😊

So, we needed about two more minutes to escape, and if we'd had an attentive GM it would've been no problem because we wouldn't have been searching for something hidden for so long. This is a solid room, but lots of locks and keys. If this isn't your thing then definitely don't play. I liked the room, but left frustrated because the GMs are watching more than one room at a time, so the owner/manager has set them up to fail.
