This is probably the best room at this location (this one or Vegas), but still can’t recommend it. The room is functional but really shows its age. Faded props and puzzles that could be easily improved with 10 minutes and a sharpie are so frustrating to me. A few interesting uses of technology save the room from being a total dud, but it feels like there is zero love here and they are trying to milk it as long as they can get away with it. The room needs you to make some huge leaps of logic that seem in place to just burn time and frustrate you which isn’t fun. Aren’t we here to have fun? Overall, the business model of this place is so odd. They don’t love taking group photos for some reason, they are so serious (except about room upkeep), even though they have had the rooms open for about a decade. Everything here, including the attitudes is very much stuck in 2017. Grateful they gave us a bit more time but could work on the customer service.
