This room has decent game play but it incredibly overpriced. It was fun, no issues with the puzzles, they were just very first generation.

This room was fun for the theme. I appreciated that it wasn’t just a bunch of combo locks; the puzzles were a little more unique than that. The production quality felt a little lower than some of the best places I’ve been, but the Willy Wonka theming was really great, so sort of balances out. I wouldn’t do this room with more than 4 people, although the pricing model makes it so you don’t want to pay $80/person for just 2 people. We paid $40/person for 4 people, but had a 50% off promotion and were very glad we hadn’t spent full price on the room. For the more serious escape roomers, I’d say only go do it for fun when you can get a really good discount on it. $80 for just 2 people is quite honestly a rip off for this room, IMHO.
A good variety of puzzles that aren’t what you see everywhere. Only one combo lock, for example.
Loved the theming, although the rooms weren’t as high production quality as I’ve seen elsewhere. But some good ideas here.

There is one high step over a short wall that would be challenging for someone with mobility issues. Lots of color coding that could be challenging for color blindness, although I think they incorporated shapes with this as well that would make it still doable.

This is a fun room for all levels of play. The set design was very simple. The puzzles were pretty straight forward but some of them were a little finicky and took some time to solve, especially with the dexterity-type puzzles. Experienced players will probably find themselves skipping steps like we did. The room is a bit old and is definitely in need of a facelift.

Fun room! And the better one in my opinion here. Larger space, I'd say 4+ is good. We escaped with 2 enthusiasts in 45 minutes. The first puzzle is tricky!

Good room. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the staff here. In addition to our awkward and unfair experience during their other room (being forced to wait for strangers then not getting a group photo), when entering into this room it was not fully reset properly and the lights were off. Our GM noticed this while putting us in the first room (which is very very small, but that’s a part of the relation to the movie). Instead of asking us to wait a moment outside of the room while he fixed the lighting, he asked us to fix it ourselves while in the dark room. He instructed us how to plug a string of lights into an outlet in the ceiling, which I could not see or reach. My dad had to use his phone flashlight to see the outlet and was the only one able to reach it. It was not the BIGGEST inconvenience ever, but it was just weird to fix something as the GM stood and watched. I have done quite a few escape rooms and have never been asked to fix something when the GM was right there and could have fixed it himself, but didn’t because “I was closer” or whatever reason. Especially as someone who works for an escape room, I would never ask a client help reset the room.
The room is a little dated like the other reviews say and most props definitely need some TLC
