The Bad
The intro had the gamemaster explain it to us face to face so the immersion could have been better, and the oven door unintentionally opened from a bit of force, gets crowded with 8 people and a lot of people may just be there to watch. Video was played to explain all the rules but lock functionality was not explained like other escape room areas.
The Good
Puzzles were easy to understand and made sense, was a medium-hard difficulty, most of the escape room game is best with 5-6 people, not too difficult to solve with 8 people and they can provide up to 5 clues which we didn't need. Contained dexterity puzzle which i haven't seen in a while!
