they took my son 💔 ransom had a really fun puzzle flow and some creative parts that kept things interesting. our GM ali was super lovely and the statistics you get after the game is a great touch.

A really solid room with social's own personality. Flow was just right, a couple of puzzles had us stuck for a while thinking through them but we were able to push through. Ali was an amazing host, and a great pleasure to talk to, especially regarding the stats.

A good escape room, with logical riddles/puzzles and thought through interior. The decoration and riddles are quite old but well maintained.

Ransom is honestly my new favourite room. Mark and Ali were amazing, enjoyed chatting to them as much as doing the room. They are very passionate about the work that goes into making the escape rooms. They definitely made the experience better. Completed the room as a pair even though 3 is recommended. We got it all done with a few minutes to spare. We even got statistics after we finished with a lot of information I’ve not received in any other escape room. Was great to see how we compared to other groups who have done the room before. Thanks Mark and Ali for a great experience. Will be completing the other rooms soon!

We loved the puzzle rich game with a multi-linear approach. Perfect for a small group with a bit of experience, to work together. The GM Mark was fantastic.

This room brought up 100 rooms for me, and I'm glad it was at Social Escape. Ransom is a really well themed experience with a unique start to the room. The puzzle flow is great and everything fits the theme well. Mark is an amazing host, and the stats you get at the end of the game are the icing on the cake to an excellent experience.

Ransom has fantastic brain-teasing puzzles, decor and clever transitions that made for a very entertaining experience. As always, Mark was an incredibly friendly and approachable DM, with a perfect balance of guidance and encouragement.

With enjoyable transitions and a variety of realistic set pieces, ‘Ransom’ stands out as one of Social Escape’s best experiences. The rooms deliver thought-provoking, layered puzzles that are satisfying to work through and solve. The tension between difficulty and flow offers ample ‘a-ha!’ moments throughout ‘Ransom’. Puzzle fans—eat your heart out!

Social Escape Rooms are our favourite. They have so many clues and puzzles to solve in all their rooms. Ransom was fun with some really clever ideas and clues. Every single room at Social Escape Rooms has been amazing! We are so sad to have finished them all and can’t wait for a new one to be released! We highly recommend ALL of Social Escape Rooms! They are literally the best!!!
