We “Spilled the Tea” tonight and Saved it too! Haha. This escape room is themed in the Revolution era and you are on a mission to retrieve certain items and bring them back to the Sons of Liberty to prove yourself! Do you have what it takes? I completed this escape room spontaneously with another friend after playing No 1. Escapes’ other room, Jester, so we had a great time! There wasn’t anything too, too special about Revolution that made it stand out from other escape rooms, but we did find satisfaction in solving the high tech and mechanical puzzles. We had a fun experience as a team of 2! I would say that this room was medium-to hard depending on your skill level and confidence, and you could play with 2 players like us, but you may be more pressed for time. I would recommend a team of 4+ players due to the space, the complexities of some of the puzzles, and the ability to read and comprehend the Fine Print clues lol. With the space that they had, they did pretty well in creating a storytelling experience through their clues, props, and mixture of high tech and mechanical puzzles. I would recommend this escape room to y’all if you’re looking for a non-scary or non-spooky room and historical theming.
The puzzles were more mechanical than technical, and this was a slightly challenging escape room as it follows a linear format with puzzles that really make you Reflect and think Outside-the-Box. Certain clues were easier to solve, and some clues were a bit harder as it was starting to make the task more tedious than easier to complete.
I would say that this escape room’s atmosphere was influenced by objects and props than the set design and theming itself, but I did enjoy the background music, props, and storyline to make it more immersive.
Our GM was very respectful and attentive of our wishes as we informed him beforehand that we would not like any hints or nudges unless we specifically raised our hands and asked. We were really thankful for that as it helped us work as a team and think creatively and intuitively to solve the clues together as a team. Special shout out to our GM, Jayden!

Parking is located in a business center, so parking can be a little tricky.

Gameplay here was on par with what you expect in an escape room, although some puzzles/tools felt inappropriate for the theme. I liked the theme of the room, however the story telling is abysmal. They need to work on a better mechanisms for pushing this story. Current method is underwhelming, and that’s being nice. Ideally, 6 is the ultimate MAX for this room and you’d probably feel great with just 4. We had nine and that felt like way too many as people kept finding themselves with nothing to do for long periods of time. The game master (Eden) was very cordial and warm in his greetings. He was patient with our group when not everyone was there exactly on time( we started maybe 5 min late) so kudos for customer service.

Most of the people in our group of 9 were standing around chatting because there is not nearly enough to do in this game for more than 3-4 players max. They actually allow up to 12 to book the game … don’t do it!! The space is small and not very well designed. There are just so many more better choices than this.
Not especially engaging or exciting
Very low budget decor - lots of basic locks
Staff were great

The room was ok, there were some parts of the puzzle that seemed as though there could’ve been more. Also, the room maxes at 12 but that’s too many people for that room, we had 9 but we think the max should be 2 - 6 or 7 people, the sweet spot is probably 6 people. The draw isn’t very captivating, it’s not introduced with much excitement because you read the story off the screen at the beginning. The story is interesting but needs to be presented better. I didn’t love the room, but our group still had fun.
Ok, some of the puzzles were a let down.
Staff was very friendly.

This felt appropriate to do during the week of our Independence day. The production of the set design and props are not as grand as some other rooms I’ve done but the room was still fun. This room will probably be better for smaller groups since it follows a linear format even though the space was kinda big. There were a lot of notes to read and parts of the room were kinda dim but there were lanterns provided in the room. There was one finicky lock that wouldn’t open for us even though we had the right combination — our host actually had to come in to assist.

Overall a relatively first-gen type escape room. The story line existed but it was on the weak side without much to tie your activities to what the overarching story is. A few red herrings but nothing that sent us too far off. A good room for parties that are maybe new or newer to escape rooms. The set was nicely thematic.
Relatively basic puzzles with clues that directly led you to the next item. Puzzles were somewhat linear but there were a few that had no connection to others.

Low lighting and several elements with low contrast for those with visual disabilities. Slightly crowded space for those with mobility issues.

I didn’t really have much expectations with this room, but for a two person team I thought it was pretty good. Sure it’s not as techy as the new escape rooms you see nowadays, but it was still fun. Had some interesting puzzles but nothing that blew us away. However, for a discounted price that we found on their website, it was solid entertainment for me and my son. And yes, we escaped with one slight nudge towards something I overlooked with my poor eyesight. I think if you need to get a fix in for escape room and you can find a deal here I think it would be pretty good to do. Seems tailored well for a smaller group. We’ll come back for the other room.

Lots of fun. Not overly difficult and with plenty of clues/puzzles for all levels in the family. Had 12yr old to 72 yr old in there.
The owner was there and was fantastic. Made us feel very welcome and spent some time chatting afterwards

Really like this company. There is a new owner and he’s working to update things. Both rooms are really fun and worth doing, but the owner makes it even more fun. I can’t wait to see what they do next and our family will be coming back.

Not the most exciting ambience or story, but overall it was fun enough and simple. Worth it when there was 25% off. Would not recommend for more than 2 or 3 people because it's linear and puzzles are relatively easy.
