The Red Wire

Overall the puzzles were novel yet pretty straightforward to grasp. There were a couple of “red herrings” though, that felt like they were really only there to pad out the solve times. Otherwise it was a solid experience. Badger was our GM, and they were very kind and helpful!

The room was pretty fun. Started off in a tiny room and had to enter a bigger one. Loved a certain puzzle that had an Easter egg in the waiting room which I’ve never seen before. Cool puzzles, nice flow, fun set. 7.7/10

It was really fun. I already tried their other two rooms, so I wanted to make the full list. It was as fun as the other ones. This room is a little bit smaller then the others, but have a really good story. I like beeing a secret agent and save the world. Really recommend it for every one!

Unique room layout with surprises at every turn including the last puzzle. Really looking forward to coming back to finish this company out the staff has been amazing.

One of the basic rules of an escape room is you have a certain amount of time to solve all the puzzles and escape. Our group of four opened the box containing the last puzzle with 20 minutes left on the clock, but the conceit of the puzzle is you only have 3 minutes to solve it. We asked for a hint but were just told: all the information you need is there. So even though at the end we still had 17 minutes left in our time, we “failed” the game. It’s a shame because the room had some fun and clever gimmicks I’d really enjoyed up until that point, but the ending left a sour taste in our mouths, and all our group talked about on the way home was how cheated we felt.
