Definitely one of the better rooms we've done. Great theme and decor. We needed 3 hints at the end (hubby hates to ask for them! π€¦ββοΈ). They gave us a hint for a puzzle that we didn't need to solve anymore so they must have to give certain hints in a certain order. This made us waste some time on a clue that we hadn't solved but didn't need, if that makes sense. Otherwise, great staff and room!

Great escape room for a group of friends. My sister and I are veterans to escape room so this was a great room for beginners with a good vacation of puzzles in the rooms. My friends thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff is friendly. Fun thing they do is if you can solve the riddle of the day you receive an extra hint. You are limited to three hints per room unless you get the riddle.

One element didn't set off in the beginning but our gamemaster was quick to fix the problem. She also stopped telling click as not to hurt our time.

Rooms are somewhat spacious. Wheelchair might be a bit cramped. No steps. Chairs are located in some spaces. Colors are part of the puzzles.

We played the Christmas version of this game. Itβs only been up and running for a few days. Itβs the same game with a few changes to the puzzles and the theme. One of the puzzles they needed some, any, guidance to tell us what to do because it was where we hit a wall. I was ready to start throwing heavy chucks of coal. But we asked for hints and saved the North Pole (large candy cane) with the help of our amazing gamemaster Sam.
A little tedious at times and still think they are working out the bugs in the holiday version

I think wheelchairs can fit but they couldnβt reach everything easily.

Thereβs a lot but the people driving around the mall and the lot are oblivious to anyone around them so be careful and donβt get hit. They have car chargers too but one was taking by a car that just wanted to park there and wasnβt electric. I watched a lady & her kids almost get plowed over by an SUV and the driver saw her and the kids in the crosswalk and hit the gas toward them. It was insane. Not a reflection on the game just a heads up.

This was an above average game experience for me. I like the quality of the room setting. Some puzzles were cool and novel. Some puzzles were overly simple and a little disappointing. Regardless the room was good fun and well worth the stop. At this location so far Iβve done Confinement and Once Upon a Time. This was the funnest of the 3 but Confinement was harder and more satisfying to complete.

Well made quality room with some good and challenging puzzles. There were definitely some tricky puzzles we hadnβt seen before. Most everything can be logically solved with a couple leaps of faith needed. Will be going back to check out some of their other games.
Gameplay was good. We were able to skip ahead though which hurt us in the end.

The Gift is one of our favorite rooms!
The GM was so friendly and enthusiastic. However the poor girl was having to run multiple games at the same time so our requests for clues took a while to get a response which ate up some time. However she put a few minutes extra on the clock because of the delay. Overall great staff!

Samon was once again our GM (we came back the same day because we got a discounted room). The Gift was fun, but the last portion of the room before exit was frustrating. My team actually skipped a couple of steps and were still able to get out in ample time. Out of both rooms we did that day, Once Upon A Time was definitely the favorite.

By far my personal favorite Red Door episode. Production value is there and the storyline and flow is impressive.
