Volcano Views: Aerial Tours

Amazing escape rooms with off the charts originality! After over 250 escape rooms, we played Firefighter Rescue Mission and Volcano Views and both easily landed in our top 10. If you're in the Toronto area, this is definitely worth the trip to Mississauga. Thanks, Carly!

This is a BIG game. The set design was ambitious, but it never really immerses you completely because it isn't very polished. It is "good enough". However, it's more high-tech and larger than most games we've played (over 300 at this point). Also, there are a couple of Wow! moments. Unfortunately, one of the main tasks involved an intricate contraption that didn't work correctly for us. That was frustrating, but the game master gave us a couple of workarounds that we could use. One of the things that we dislike about Escape From the Six is that the game masters are only available via walkie-talkie and they aren't always watching your game. If you need a hint they have to walk over and come into the room to help you. In our experience, they often don't know what puzzle you're on so you have to take time to bring them up to speed on where you're at and what you've tried. I will say, though, that the staff were very friendly. Overall, this game was a mixed bag for us.

What can I say other then WOW! Decor was absolutely amazing and our game master was just the sweetest game master I have ever had! The room was the one of the best decor rooms I have ever seen ! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with staff then I did the whole day! Puzzles we’re simple yet challenging just enough

This is a super fun room, and the owners clearly put a lot of love into creating it. The service you get is second to none. I liked the Firefighter room better, but if you can, play them both! We had an issue with one puzzle not triggering correctly, but we got some time back which was appreciated. Caution: The hint system is non-immersive and was our least favorite part of the room.

The staff were great and friendly . Our group showed up a little late but they still accommodated us. This is a fun large room. Some of the moving parts for some of the puzzles can be quite frustrating even if you’re doing it right.

Escape from the 6 is incredible at creating immersion that is truly unique. In volcano views, you are really transported to a tropical volcanic island. The puzzles are unique and all very on theme which greatly adds to the immersion. This room is definitely high up on my list and I definitely recommend it!

This room was oodles and oodles of fun! The tasks that we had to complete really made this room shine! There were some cool moments in the narrative as well. There was one puzzle that we found a bit difficult to see, but it wasn’t too long or involved, so it didn’t bother us that much. Our GM for this game was nice. He gave us some extra time to complete the room when he saw that we were close to the end.
