A power-mad cult leader. A bone-chilling curse. Break the cycle before midnight or face death yourself! The deranged minister of Crickley Church decided to kill his entire congregation after their confessions convinced his twisted mind that they had, among themselves, committed the 7 Deadly Sins. After inciting a curse on the children playing in the rooms beneath the church he buries himself alive in the church’s hidden crypt, while promising to haunt the church forevermore. Now it’s up to you to locate the hidden crypt, find the dagger, and drive it through the heart of the evil minister before time runs out. Then, and only then, you will be saved and destroy the curse forever.

The connections to puzzles were a little obscure. I think it should have been rated a higher difficulty since it required more out of the box thinking to make connections and solve the puzzles.

This was a very hard, but fun, room. There's some puzzles that make more sense to solve, and others where you have to really dig to find the solution. It'd be one I'd want to revisit again now that I know what's what. We escaped with five minutes to spare.
Majority of the puzzles worked well, but there were some that were quite convoluted and confusing. There was one puzzle that required a lot of precise dexterity.
The atmosphere as a whole was probably my favorite part of the experience. The each section of the room got creepier as we progressed. The prop quality and usage was also very well done.
The folks at Escapology are lovely.

Very spooky atmosphere. There isn't any live actors, but the vibe is definitely up there with the scare factor.

Super cool theme and atmosphere. A few puzzles were a bit difficult and unintuitive but we really enjoyed our time with this room.

I really loved the story of this game. We got super into the plot and by the climax of the room we were running around screaming. The atmosphere and set were solid. However I was a lot more mixed on the puzzles themselves. We had to ask for several hints because certain details felt extremely obtuse and we just couldn't quite make the connections. I do think this room was a hard difficulty level and that's okay but to me some of the details we missed just felt like bad puzzle design. I want to get a hint and say "ohhhh wow, now I get it!" not "huh?!?! Why would I ever think of that??' Overall I still enjoyed the room and I would recommend it for a fun thrilling time but it just led to a couple frustrating moments.

The space is somewhat small so I wouldn't get a group too big or you'll be crowded. But you definitely will want multiple brains in this room.

I think this could go in between spooky and scary. It had a couple moments that genuinely startled us and the overall atmosphere is definitely spooky.

This room gave me the creeps! The theme was really good that I was constantly on edge the whole time. I loved this room, my only negative criticism would be that one puzzle is near impossible to figure out without getting help from the game master. I have talked with others that have done this room and they too feel the same way about the one specific puzzle.

It was fun, but there was one puzzle that made zero sense to us. We had to get clues to walk through it, the GM said every single game needs help with this exact puzzle and even after the indepth explanation our group was still a bit confused. Otherwise it was fun!
Some of the puzzles had no real connection to the game play and were impossible to figure out with out a clue.
Looked great and was a fun space
