We found staff were quite unwelcoming, we waited a while till someone even came to say hi. Room was a little run down and wasn't reset correctly. Hints were given too often (basically on a 5 min timer you got a hint for your current puzzle), and some puzzles didn't seem to work. End of game, staff were rude to next group.
