Classified: Operation Nine Lives

The premise of Classified is that you are are an agent trying to stop a major catastrophe, and that’s the most normal thing about it before it goes completely off-rails in the silliest possible way. I loved the direction this room went, and it was pawsitively purrfect every step of the way! There are unique challenges and minigames throughout that somehow make the smallish room feel much bigger than it is. This room is crazy, and should just be experienced to be believed. Meow wow!

So I read the reviews on this room and I came into it with fairly low expectations as many were saying this was their least favorite or they dumbed this room down by saying it was just an immersive theatre experience. Having done this room, I came away very impressed. For one, the puzzles were plentiful, solid and even fairly complex. This is not just some “theatre room” where you just improv along with some actor (s). There’s a ton of satisfying puzzles and with the room being intentionally an oddball take on the spy genre, it was entertaining and humorous the whole time. Bottom line, don’t let the reviews scare you. Really enjoyed this room.

Super fun and engaging experience! The theming was very fun and unique - we loved the spoofyness of the story and game flow. They also put in an element into the gameplay at the beginning that we hadn’t seen/experienced before that we loved! Highly recommend this one along with any of the other games from Escape Artist Greenville

I absolutely loved this room. It was so creative and unique while still being challenging and fun. I loved all the little jokes and puzzles in this room. It was simple yet extremely satisfying and rewarding to play.

This was a great cat themed room! There should be more of these out there! The beginning of the room started like no other escape room I have done so far! You will adore this if you like cats!!

Classified was an objectively simple room that was elevated with extremely clever theming, puzzles that were pure fun, and an inability to take itself too seriously. This was a late add to our trip but absolutely a worthwhile one, and I’d recommend this as an extra room if you are coming to Greenville to play all of EA’s premium experiences.

So cute, unique and fun! We loved the puzzles and the fun theme of the room that had us cracking up!

Very cute for all ages, unique/fun/hilarious puzzles at times. The ending could be more interesting but still, overall, a fun room anybody can enjoy!

My personal favorite at this location because of the ridiculous plotline. It's cat lady meets James Bond humor, with unique feline-themed puzzles, and I'm here for all of it. Bummer that it's so short! My personal ranking of the 5 games at the downtown location as of August '25: 1. Classified: Operation Nine Lives (just too silly not to be my #1 here. No flaws, but it's too easy with 4, I think.) 2. Starlight Motel (excellent flow and plotting, tight with good acting moments, puzzles were just OK - a superior game to Classified, but silliness wins :) ) 3. Yuletide Magic (fun, surprisingly good puzzles and Christmasy vibes) 4. Dr. Fratelli's Cabin (Very (too) easy! A great puzzle toward the end. Good beginner game... or solo game. We finished in 24 mins as 4 people. Skippable if you're low on time) 5. Inventor's Enigma (A unique puzzle at the end, but most puzzles were a bit simple. Relatively easy overall, might be a good beginner room. Skippable if you're low on time.)
