I was not a fan. There was only ever ~one puzzle to do at a time, and they were too often the tedious searching kind. This room might be better for kids and people who are more interested in a Harry Potter experience than an escape rooms And even in the category of a wizarding experience, I can’t help but compare this room unfavorably with Magic Cottage, which has charming fantastical characters, and special effects that just feel more magical. Of the rooms I’ve done, it’s not an exaggeration for me to say this room ranks the lowest. It lacks personality and charm of a thematic room, and it lacks good puzzles to make up for it
Uninspired puzzles with a lot of tedious search-and-match codebreaking
Set was well-made, but Magic Cottage was more impressive in a very direct comparison
Nice but impersonal; many puzzles require GM manual activation in response to spells and they were slow to respond, which broke immersion

I loved this room. I’ve done it twice and is a room I always recommend people to do when they ask me. I love how interactive the puzzles were and the overall atmosphere.

You’re a wizard, donkey! Beautiful room that stands out in a sea of HP knockoffs. Truly magical with unique puzzles and an immersive set design. Played it with a group of 3 experienced players and wished we had 1 more for the sweet spot. Such a brilliant game though, would recommend for anyone that loves magic or wizards or feeling like a powerful spell caster.

We have a party of 9, and the game got a little crowded while it’s a little hard to manage, the puzzles was pretty fun and needs some collaboration. I would recommend the room for about 4-6 players.

Hidden Donkey is hidden in a business community near John Wayne Airport but it was still easy to find. This room was a lot of fun for all ages. If you love Harry Potter, you’ll have a great time here! The production quality is amazing. The puzzles ranged from easy to thought-provoking, and they were all a lot of fun solving. There is one task that may not be accessible to some players. I always recommend this room to anyone new to this growing industry!
