The Deadwood Saloon

Entertaining. Not as good as Wrecked but more appropriate for kids.

I’m a big fan of this company. They put a lot of time and effort and thought into their games. You can find western themed escape rooms almost anywhere, but this one is one that has a very good flow and tries to stay Immersive. Very nice set design of a saloon.

Great clues and progression, if you pay attention they make sense, and are intuitive. Good pace.

This room was great. I enjoyed the other rooms here a little bit more but this was still great. No matter what room you choose, masterpiece escapes is by far the best place we’ve been to in the state.

I absolutely love Masterpiece Escapes. Their rooms are incredible. This room is fun but not my top favorite from this escape room! They have way more unique rooms like missing and wrecked that I would recommend first!

This was a great experience for our group! We liked the theme and many of the puzzles! There were 2 we didn't love, but it was a great experience overall (including talking with staff)

Great decor and immersion. If it’s your first room it might be a little challenging the idea of bouncing between rooms a bit but the GM will help you! There is lots to do and have fun with. One other factor that is nice and I haven’t seen before is that if you’re slightly over the hour and close to getting out they let you finish and get out. You never feel rushed. At the same time if you like to know your time remaining it might be difficult for you because it’s not posted anywhere. I think their aim is for it to be more about the experience. The staff is GREAT! They tell a background story before the game that really gets you immersed into it and they are with you every step of the way at all times throughout the game. When we were going to ask for a hint they were already starting to nudge us. I mean, amazing. At the end they see if you figured out the whole story and if not explain it to you. **if you don’t want nudges when you’re stuck, let them know before going in!**

Fun game and decorated well. They had some pretty unique puzzles. A fair amount of lock and key puzzles as well but for this room didn’t really bother me given the theme.

We drove two hours and weren’t at all disappointed! We had the best time!
