I loved it my very first escape room it exceeded my expectations. Was so much fun cannot wait to do this again and again

Invasion is more traditional than Breathless structure, but for players seeking a more meaty puzzle game with more unusual set design, this is a great option. The game is much darker in both story and set, and repeated formats guided the gameplay in tandem with the larger world at play. In particular, the centerpiece is a beautifully designed and imposing set piece that makes the set feel unorthodox and intimidating. While there were a few minor snags, the game flowed exceptionally well and would be fairly accessible for any experience level. I’m so excited for the 3rd game in this trilogy - the first 2 games have been excellent at increasing the stakes and tension.

Another absolutely excellent experience at Mind Factory with Invasion! We did this room right after Breathless, so the story continued in this room as it is part two (so far). Great puzzles, everything functioned, immersive, original, and ends with a preview of what’s to come in part three. Another room I highly recommend !

We had the absolute best time at The Mind Factory playing Invasion! This is currently our #1 room. This is an original game built with love but definitely has a High Quality Production Value. After all 12 rooms in 5 states, this room was our absolute favorite. Beating out some major players in the Escape Industry. Without giving away any spoilers, I can say the room is incredible from start to finish. The atmosphere was so immersive, the puzzles were smartly designed, and the attention to detail really pulled us in. And that set? Absolutely breathtaking, one of the most memorable moments we’ve ever experienced in an escape room. A huge shoutout to Dan, who made the experience even better with his energy, passion, and dedication to creating something unforgettable. You can tell he truly cares about the craft and his players. If you’re anywhere near The Mind Factory, don’t miss Invasion. It’s an experience you’ll be talking about long after you escape (or try to 😉).

This was hands down one of the best rooms. Very immersive. A fantastic blend of lock and keys (Groots favorite) and tech (Mermaids favorite). Everything flowed so well. I felt like I was reading one of my favorite thriller books with some twists. There is a storyline and you should do breathless first if possible, but even if you don’t this room was very enjoyable. I do love the idea of rooms building on each other and a third room is coming/currently in production. It is creepy, which adds to the excitement. No live actors. We made some dumb mistakes in the end because we felt the pressure of time and used 3 of our 5 hints in the last 10 minutes (you get a bonus of time added to clock if you solve a puzzle and you get an additional minute added to your time to offset the tech delay of some portions - not trying to spoil anything but they make it so you’re not penalized for some cool special effects moments!) Challenging but not so hard it makes you feel stupid or impossible. One of the things that makes it great is the owner/creator is very involved and is taking a lot of feedback. It’s so cool to hear his thought process on the room if you have time to chat with him. Added bonus - the room is very affordable for how much detail and tech is involved.

We had a fantastic time here. Were at the stage where we travel for good rooms and this one did not disappoint! Worth the travel of about 3 hours to be really immersed in the story, challenged by the puzzles and really be in awe by the set and props. Everything felt so considered there was so much attention to detail and storytelling was engaging and immersive! We had a great time and was able to pull off escaping both rooms with barely enough time but felt so satisfied knowing we did it with two people, we worked well and any time we got stuck was because we were overthinking. We will definitely be back when the new room opens, thanks to David for taking the time to talk to us about our experiences afterwards, was so willing to listen to feedback I hope we were as fun to watch as we had fun in the rooms!!

The room and setting are spectacular. I have played this room several times and enjoy it more every time I play it. The set design is bespoke and ultra-creative!
