The Dark Forest

The dark forest was our first horror room - and these aren’t for us - but that has nothing to do with the room itself. The set was great and how they worked with lighting (and lightning) as well as with the sounds was extremely good - only that would be sufficient to keep you on edge. At some point it would have been great to be more people but if you’re not overly sensitive and experienced the first 1-2 interactions I thought it was quite ok and I had the feeling that the actress had a very good feeling for the right level of - well horror. Puzzles are fairly easy but given that your adrenaline level is rather elevated that’s fair enough. We glad that we did it and if you wanna try a horror room or are fond of them: ❤️ 5/6 exceptionally cool room - don’t miss it!

An ok horror experience but felt very over hyped. Takes place mainly in one area so not much sense of exploitation or transition between spaces. Few puzzles, repetitive scares and no story development.

I had fun playing this room. Before it started, I was insanely scared due to the expectations I had for this room since a lot of people told me it'd be one of the scariest escape rooms in Germany. To be honest: that fear vanished rather quickly. I did panic whenever we got hunted, but fear wasn't really present. I did get hurt quite a bit, which is pretty easily to achieve in this room, but it wasn't too bad. The actor in the beginning was AMAZING! He played his role soo well, it was great. The other actress was good too, but was mostly screaming at us, so there's not much to say about her character. The riddles are really really easy, which is to be expected of a horror room. But it was okay. The forest itself looked good, while being significantly smaller than I thought it would be. Since the forest is an open space, it was way too easy to find your way and since we also solved the riddles really fast, the actors almost had no time for their timed jumpscares 😅 But all in all, it's an enjoyable room even for a scaredy cat like me.

I really liked the over all concept of the room with the story and unique setup. Unfortunetally lot of the experience just felt anoying. One of the actors has overdone the scares so much with the constant screaming and chasing that it stopped being scary and it became mostly anoying. Also the whole thing felt quite confusing and repetitive at times, It just didn’t flow very well. I think that the experience left me frustrated not because it would be all bad, but because I know that there is such a potential that was not taken advantage of or was interupted by something.

Very fun game with talented actors and a great premise and set. They knew how to set the stage for spooky. I am going to say that is probably on the higher end of a scary game, though no physical contact with actors, if that is important to you. I did sustain a minor injury during the game, something that can happen easily when you're running in the dark from an actor. My only thought was that it would be good for the staff to have a first aid kit on hand for when this happens. Luckily, I had my own bandaids, etc. Not a huge issue that should keep anyone from enjoying this game. Very fun!

This was very immersive and one of the scariest games we’ve done. It takes the UKs scariest attractions and supercharges them. This is about fear of the dark more than other aspects.

This was my second horror room (after “The Amulet” at 66Minutes in Neuwied), so I don’t have much experience and comparisons in regards to this type of room yet, but… OMG, this fell so next level and immersive! The setting of the room is really realistic and super spooky in this dark forest; the actors were amazing and the sound, light, wind etc etc made it just creepy and scary to the max. Puzzles and tasks were on the easy side but that was not the main attraction of the experience anyway. We were 90min on super high alert and adrenaline level living from spooky moment to spooky moment non-stop. Definitely something I will remember for a long time.

A thoroughly well-crafted experience! The authenticity of the props, the immersive setting with atmospheric lighting and sound effects, and the fantastic actors – everything comes together perfectly here. This horror escape room impresses with its rich atmosphere and attention to detail. The difficulty level is on the lower side, but due to the constant tension throughout the game, that hardly matters. The game flow is excellent – we managed to complete it without any hints. A truly fantastic experience that I can wholeheartedly recommend!
