: In order to survive this mission, The Director needs the bravest Operatives that can investigate and search a scene with minimal to no lighting all while avoiding an unknown paranormal entity. Our HR Team does not recommend this for Operatives with a fear of the dark, small enclosed spaces, solitary confinement, loud noises, paranormal themes, and/or fear of schools. Summon the dormant entity so you can confront it once and for all. Better The Bureau than an unsuspecting victim.

This room’s atmosphere was on par for the theme, but the puzzles were so-so. The flow wasn’t the best and there’s a part that uses some force you wouldn’t expect after they tell you the room doesn’t require force. That being said, it was in no way the game master’s fault, she was super cool! The room wasn’t horrible, we liked it but it wasn’t the best.

This room felt more on the average side for me personally. It has a cool story line but the puzzles didn’t seem to all make sense. There wasn’t as much stuff to do as some of the other rooms here. I do not regret doing it but wouldn’t have been mad if I didn’t!

I’ll admit front that I personally don’t enjoy horror themes much, but I will say that this room does pull off its atmosphere particularly well. Our whole group ranged from spooked to freaked the entire time, even without live actors. The rest of the room, I wasn’t too impressed with. As much as I usually enjoy Bureau’s stuff, this one just didn’t do it for me. I think the room leans too heavily on atmosphere, whereas the puzzles are all pretty simple and easy. The room was very short; we would’ve finished in ten minutes if we weren’t moving slowly to avoid jump scares. The room also falls into a category that I don’t enjoy: most of the challenge came from the room being underlit. The whole room was very dark, and we were only given two flashlights for four people. For a room like Outage, where the whole thing is supposed to be done blind, this isn’t a problem. But in a room where that’s not the case, getting a worse time just because we flat out couldn’t see what was in front of us felt cheap and unsatisfying. Overall the room isn’t a bad time, especially if you’re after a scare, but overall the room is easy and short, and leans too much on the vibe rather than the puzzles.

Spooky! Not a traditional escape room but that made the experience better in my opinion. The puzzles fit the theme so so well so I 100% recommend.

Our fourth game here, we did this on a whim with just the two of us. It works very well with a couple. Especially if one is scared easily and the other can laugh at that person. Straightforward if you have a good knack at deciphering subtle prods, but always building and working towards a satisfying ending. Never one to disappoint, the bureau takes the concept of narrative non-lock gaming and nails it once again.

Scary but fun room 👻, Unique Puzzles and excellent use of darkness. Theme was very appropriate to the story and gave an eerie vibe that kept us on our toes the entire game. Must play, for those who enjoy horror and suspense style escape rooms.

The spooky ambiance was great, the puzzles were all fairly easy to follow and the set pieces were quite a bit of fun! The end was a nice little laugh too!

As a Bureau game I definitely enjoyed it! The scenery was well done and certainly gave the creepy possessed vibe we were hoping it would. A few other elements done in here were awesome as well and I was not expecting. The game also flowed very well and as long as your used to a linear flow with a little bit of leeway than this should be a fun game for you :)

Possession at Haddon Heights was all it was hyped up to be! It was the right amount of spooky mixed with high tech puzzles and a set that looked exactly like the elementary school it was meant to be. We really enjoyed the story and the room flowed well to get you to the actual cause of the problems at the school. Was it actually black mold or was it something else? Have fun figuring it out operatives!
