How do we deal with these pesky poltergeists? If we can figure out why the ghost is hanging around & fix its problem, then no more ghosts. Think you've got what it takes?

The best escape room I have ever played, to date. Highly intricate set design that balanced mild spooky themes with goofy, geeky references. Puzzles were extremely varied and well-designed such that red herrings were all but impossible. As a note, I reserved the room for my birthday and was given a ghost pin as a birthday gift from Trivium!
This room had a solid linear progression in puzzles throughout the story. Puzzle mechanisms were varied and highly novel with few traditional locks. In fact, the room was extremely immersive in gameplay, let alone the set.
The set is spectacular and lush with details. More down-to-earth set pieces are highly realistic and more fantastical ones are imaginative and well-built. Despite the decor, the room is designed to be clear on what information is relevant to puzzles and what is not.
The GM was very kind and willing to discuss the room's design after completion. They did a wonderful job setting the tone of the room and explaining some of the unique puzzle mechanisms.

The plot was very sweet and a goofy take on ghost hunting. Subtle choices in puzzle design pay off as more details are revealed about the room and the ghost.

Very approachable and designed well to avoid red herrings.
High tech
If the room was mechanical, it was not noticeable at all.

5 players was fine but we did complete the room fairly quickly.
Spooky
Spooky vibes in initial spaces give way to a more wholesome and optimistic tone.

WOW! This room was SO fun! We made a Herculean effort to include this room in our recent short trip to SF, and it did NOT disappoint. Trivium Games and host Brad were all class, and their one room, Ghost Patrol, is now at the top of my all-time favorites list (I’ve done more than 50 games across six cities)! It was just my husband and me, and we got out in 84 minutes. The theming was so fun right out of the gate (the welcome video cracked me up) but in the end the story was so poignant it almost brought me to tears. There were so many puzzle mechanics we hadn’t seen before, and nothing was designed purely to be frustrating (like we have seen in other rooms). And on top of ALL that, Brad (and the ghost!) made my husband’s birthday weekend *incredibly* special. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and their level of service/going the extra mile for special occasions is unmatched. Thank you so much, Brad and Trivium Games! When your next game opens up, we’ll be there in a heartbeat!

If I could describe Ghost Patrol in one word, it would be “whimsical.” There is an emphasis on detail and mental stimulation that makes their puzzles different from others. The room works to highlight the puzzles and I can’t wait for Trivium Games to come out with another room. I would recommend this room for puzzle-lovers with a moderate amount of escape room experience.

Practically perfect. Immersive, humorous and incredibly creative. Playing Ghost Patrol feels like you've stumbled into a lesser known room the Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.

Ghost patrol is a polished, beautifully immersive take on an overdone theme- this room was a joy. It had so many satisfying moments, is laced well, and the variety of puzzles make it interesting. Our team spent a lot of time explaining to each other what we missed because each we so thoughtfully done. Highly recommend and love the thoughtfulness of the folks at trivium.
The game is telling a story and the flow is generally dictated gently through lights and music- both effective and excellently timed. It keeps the game fun and while paced while making sure you don’t get bogged down in things that aren’t relevant.
This game is text book polish. It, even being a few years old is immaculately maintained. The props are great and we loved the added impact of a prop you take in, carry and use regularly.
Jesse was excellent- he took the time to engage with us about the room mechanics and other games they are working on. His hinting was seamless and we really Enjoyed him overall.

The plot unfolds so well as you play. It’s cute, fun, and a lovely take on the theme even if it’s not even close to what you’d think a ghost game would be.

Astounding escape room. Top two I've done, and might be the best so far. Fantastic scenery, amazing props, good use of tech, good storyline that was easy to follow, puzzles for the most part tied into the story and plot and made sense, Spacious room, non-linear puzzle tracks, different kinds of puzzles, fun prop to bring into the room. Very cute ghosts, friendly staff. I could tell from the first room that this was going to be a great experience and it was.
Yes
Top tier game, if you want to see what a state of the art game looks like, this is it.
Medium
Medium to Hard difficulty, this was a game anyone could enjoy. For the most part, the challenge was in figuring out how to solve a puzzle not in solving it after you know how which is how I prefer puzzles. Hints were available and conveyed in game at our request, time clues were very subtle.

Absolutely amazing. At least in terms of production value and polish, one of the best rooms I’ve ever done. It felt like a Disneyland experience. Also, the room felt brand new despite being several years old, and the staff were very friendly.
“I was never waiting for the theatrics to end.“
“The puzzle flow was world class and you'll have a blast!“
“Ghost Patrol had it all: a touching narrative, meticulously clever and satisfying puzzles...“
