Ransom

Our first visit to Social Escape was a great one! Ransom has a really cool beginning and a lot of cool and engaging puzzles. We were a little worried about the difficulty but ended up crushing it in under 38 minutes. The atmosphere and immersion could be a little stronger but we can't deny that it's a ton of fun. Will definitely be back to do the rest of their rooms.

Completed this room in a group of 2. Very immersive and gameplay flowed well. A variety of creative and interesting puzzles and the decor and set worked well to contribute to the puzzles. Very interesting start and some fun surprises in the room. Really enjoyed this room overall, would definitely recommend!

Social escape put a lot of love and passion in to their rooms. I really loved this room as did our group. Lots of cool props and some unexpected surprises I did not see coming. Again highly recommend social escape.

Social escape can do no wrong! Another fantastic room.

This was a relatively easy room but the puzzles flowed very well and we completed the room fairly quickly. Overall a very solid room. They give you a piece of paper with stats of your playthrough and how you stacked up to others and when you solved specific puzzles.

A fun room with an amazingly unique start that had me scratching my head for the longest time. Puzzle flow was fun and mostly linear with a few unique solutions that kept us challenged. Fun physical elements that played with levels and your idea of what you should and shouldn’t interact with in an escape room. Overall a super fun room and one of my favourites at Social Escape.

One of my favourite beginnings to an escape room ever, a great idea and executed flawlessly! Ransom had a strong flow of puzzles with an eerie set and props galore, a really cool one from start to finish.

Very fun room, brilliant and witty start which set the scene for what was bound to happen. The clues and answers in this room were more cyclical and straightforward to move on, but still challenging and took a good amount of thought to continue. Some mini-jump scares, but that is just me not being able to cope with mechanical puzzle solutions.

I didn’t know what to expect going into this room other than its good reviews, several awards, and many recommendations from others. So I went in with high hopes, and I was not disappointed at all. The puzzles weren’t too hard for my friend and I so we were very pleased on how smoothly the room flowed. 10/10 experience and this room has jumped into my top 5 favourites! Sadly that’s the last of my social rooms to complete but I will be eagerly awaiting their future rooms!

Social Escape Rooms' "Ransom" room exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped in, the immersive ambiance transported us into another world. The puzzle designs were exceptional, allowing our team of four to engage in parallel tasks, keeping us constantly occupied and fully immersed in the experience. Having taken on over 70 escape rooms, "Ransom" stands out as one of the best. A truly unforgettable adventure that left us eager to return for more thrilling escapades! Highly recommended! Also, I must say, we absolutely loved the stats they printed afterwards. It was thrilling to discover that we came in 6th place among all the teams of four. It added an extra element of excitement and competitiveness to the entire experience. Kudos to Social Escape Rooms for such a fantastic and well-organized adventure!
