We had to leave the room 2 times because they had to fix things which should have been already working, seeing as we already waited about 20 minutes past our reservation due to them having to fix previous issues from the group before us. Overall, a waste of time as well as money. There are so many better escape rooms in Phoenix, please, go to the Nemesis Club instead I promise it will be better.
