Past Forward404 Escape RoomEscape roomIRLCame with my boyfriend for date night to try and spice up the weekend. Escape room is local to us and popped up so we decided to check it out. Absolutely loved it, some of the puzzles were very unique. Overall it was a really fun room, good balance of story and solving. The set design was amazing and the music was great! Don’t underestimate a good track in the background, makes the atmosphere more interesting and alive. You can tell a lot of care and time was put into this room. The host was sweet and tried hard to make it the best for us. Thanks to her for that. If asked for a hint she didn’t straight up give the answer and even tried to make some of them into jokes/riddles. Had a little chat about escape rooms in general after as well! Made us come back for the 2nd room they opened. This time with friends, was fun as well!
Stabbin Cabin404 Escape RoomEscape roomIRLWent some friends and honestly... it was SO good. Stabin Cabin was lowkey creepy in the best way and had us stressing but like... in a fun way, the puzzles were super satisfying when they clicked. Some took longer than others but I can appreciate them all in their own way. Our brains were working overtime but we were also cracking up the whole time. One of the most fun get togethers in a while! In terms of story I liked it a lot. I wouldn’t say it was overbearing but you got a slight peek into the mind of the guy tryina kill you a bit so it was interesting. And the puzzles themselves are tied into the story which was cool. The host was sweet and truly tried her best haha, we asked for a few hints and I would say she was pretty good with giving the nudge we needed in the moment. The game felt well put together, and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. We were locked in the entire time lol. 10/10 would 100% recommend going with friends or just as a pastime for date night.
