Amongst my favourite completed rooms with an incredible set design and puzzles that were well themed to add to the immersiveness - even the clue system/ communication with GM were very well themed! A physically active room that never dulled and kept us excited throughout. Very unique puzzles. I was impressed by the design and how much they’ve managed to fit into a small space!
Geisterjäger Brandon Darkmoor [Ghosthunter Brandon Darkmoor]The RoomEscape roomIRL10/10 a must do in Berlin. As someone who doesn’t do horror rooms- this had a good amount of tension and a brilliant ending. Probably my favourite ending to any room I’ve done! The story and theming was fantastic. Our GM, Sophie, was wonderful.

The Great LoudiniEscapable - Thornes Lane WharfEscape roomIRLThis room has so much love and passion poured into it, it’s a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend doing the live version. Some tricky puzzles which were very satisfying to solve. And others that involved magic and blew my mind! This was a very special room for my partner and I, which Tom the GM was helped orchestrate and made a magical moment.
La Cerveseria [The Brewery]EnigmikEscape roomIRLLoved this room. Unique themed story that flowed well and impressive set design which integrated puzzles very well! Connection to Local history. GM was friendly and really good at allowing us to figure things out rather than offer clues too quickly.
Henry Fortune's House of IllusionEscape Quest United KingdomEscape roomIRLAnother fantastic room from Escape Quest as part of the Chapel Gate Mysteries! Very clever puzzles and an interesting story makes this a really fun room to complete. The owners always make it a joyful and fun visit, it’s clear they’ve poured a love of escape rooms into building this.
Outatime - Through the DecadesEscapable - Thornes Lane WharfEscape roomIRLThis was a really fun room whether you are familiar with the films or not. Great set design and challenging unique puzzles. As always the welcome at Escapable was very warm and the GM was brilliant.
Distrito 111 [District 111]Unreal Room Escape Sant Martí – BarcelonaEscape roomIRLAn amazing escape experience right from the start. Completed as a team of 2 and we were exhausted and out of breath at the end! We had so much fun. A must do if you are in Barcelona! Completed in English - GM spoke fantastic English and language was not an issue at all.
UI-55Compendium Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis was a fun, but challenging room for a team of 2. It can be played as a team of 12, and there is a lot to do with less players - however it wasn’t impossible as a small team. Puzzles were clever and challenging, also all really well themed to the room. GM was very friendly and gave us recommendations of other local rooms - which I always like.
The Golden PhoenixMiraculumEscape roomIRLWow. This was an incredible experience. As a Harry Potter fan, I loved all the little nods to HP. The special effects were amazing, I felt like a real witch! For any HP fan this is a must do if you are in Berlin, but even as someone who’s never seen HP my partner still really enjoyed the experience.
