I can hear youEnteredEscape roomIRL"I Can Hear You" has finally been rebuilt and is back in 2025. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to play the old version and was all the happier about this new release. The game was a lot of fun. I, as someone fairly experienced in horror escape rooms, played it with a friend who had no previous horror game experience, and we both loved it! All the acting moments were perfectly paced and had professional timing. The story made perfect sense, and the setting was very authentic. We lost all sense of space and time and were completely immersed in the game. These are clear signs that Entered has done everything right with this experience. If you're looking for challenging puzzles, you won't find much in this game. But that's not Entered's brand. They create a horror experience and are simply very, very good at it. Comparable games would be "Don't Take A Breath" from Athens and the sadly closed "Stay In The Dark." It's important to emphasize that the exciting core mechanics of those games were first used in the old version of the room in Entered. If you've played those rooms, you'll know what I mean. Thank you also for the pleasant and interesting debriefing, for which everyone involved patiently and attentively took the time despite the late hour!
House of Twisted MindsEscaperoom AmersfoortEscape roomIRLWe had a lot of fun at "House of Twisted Minds," as the game effectively begins before you even enter the venue. This immediately created an immersive atmosphere that was successfully maintained throughout the experience. The puzzles all fit perfectly into the suspenseful and coherent storyline. We often leave escape rooms having enjoyed the experience but without fully getting the (whole) story, but that wasn't an issue here! While the room wasn't particularly frightening for us as experienced horror gamers, the cinematic moments kept us thoroughly engaged. The debriefing was also great fun, offering a chance to look back on our personal highlights. All in all, a fantastic experience that leaves us eager to see what "Escape Room Amersfoort" comes up with next!
Corpse Inc. 2Experience Center BaarnEscape roomIRLWhat a fantastic and intense experience! I was really sad not to have had the chance to play "Corpse Inc. I", so I was very excited when "Corpse Inc. II" opened. And what can I say? If you enjoy horror experiences, I think this new one is infinitely more rewarding than the old version. The game began even before we entered the venue, creating a consistently fitting and immersive atmosphere right from the start. Above all, it was a truly thrilling experience! We let the owner know when booking that we were highly experienced horror escape room players, so they pulled out all their experiences to create a terrifying experience for us. And it was impressive! I highly recommend sharing your preferences when booking; the owner and actors are very professional and have plenty of ways to tailor the gameplay and acting to ensure everyone has a great time. The story and puzzles fit the abandoned morgue setting perfectly. We were kept fully engaged the entire time and had an absolute blast. The debriefing was also really nice (thanks for the drinks and the chance to get a behind-the-scenes look). We wholeheartedly recommend this game to anyone who loves thrilling, immersive horror escape rooms!
