Lost & FoundTrapped MidtownEscape roomIRLtwo of the machines didnt work or had unclear instructions, and the puzzles were incredibly mid on top of that - staff was quite irresponsive when asking for hints and even with all of our issues - we still finished 15 minutes early the room could honestly be done in 30 or less with TWO people if everything was operating right. really don’t feel like i got my moneys worth and i wouldnt recommend it at all. the only redeeming quality is the rooms theme was unique, and some of the props were cool 2/10 - would not recommend to really anyone - there are better rooms at trapped and much better rooms elsewhere
UFO: Go For LaunchThe Bureau Adventure GamesEscape roomIRLwow, this was an amazing room, the atmosphere was familiar and unique, the puzzles were SOOOO technologically cool (no combo lock puzzles!!!) and the story was cute and modern too. not to mention the entrance to the actual building was one of the COOLEST puzzles ever my only real gripe is the room wasnt VERY challenging. it was still great though. i thoroughly enjoyed it and so did the rest of my party 9/10 - first orlando room is a big win
The DIEnerIntense Escape - Tampa LocationEscape roomIRLthe atmosphere here in here was so fun, it wasnt anything revolutionary but it fit what it was meant to do!! the puzzles were fairly easy and not that great because almost all of them were lock and key based, but some of them were fun to do, although pretty easy. i was in a group of 3 people and we escaped in 40 min the room had the option for a live actor but one of our group members scares pretty easy to we opted out, but i don’t think a live actor would have made the experience any better 6.5/10 - some more difficult puzzles and better variety could have pushed this room to an 8 imo
Top SecretGame Over Escape Rooms - BrandonEscape roomIRLthis was a really good room actually, i was surprised by how well done it was. the puzzles were interesting and unique and the rooms layout matched the scenery so well. the ending is really my big gripe here as i found it was very anticlimactic but overall it was a great experience 7/10 - a good challenge with a cool atmosphere:)
Jack the RipperTrapped - ScarboroughEscape roomIRLfun room! really cool playing a detective for a bit about a real legitimate killer. managed to escape without using any hints actually which was great! don’t have any major complaints but also nothing spectacular about the room, it’s just a solid room overall. just make sure you don’t go in with a LOT of people, we were a group of 4 and it was already feeling a bit tight 6/10 - good room, would recommend
The 13th ExitTrapped - ScarboroughEscape roomIRLthis was a pretty solid room overall! really great puzzles that required a lot of thinking and memorizing which was fun to work together on. they got a bit repetitive at times but i’m just glad they were different from the average number lock puzzles. where this looses points for me BIG time is the atmosphere. super lack luster and not really anything special, along with this very annoying music that was constantly playing, i would have rathered silence tbh i enjoyed the difficulty as we NEEDED to use our two hints but still managed to escape, felt like the right amount of difficulty 6.5/10 - solid intermediate room, would recommend
Wild West ShowdownOmventure - MarkhamEscape roomIRLlot of great ideas and concepts here but ultimately two things hold this room back for me the puzzles were super mid and not very fun, or overall just too ambiguous. but difficulty aside they just werent that interesting or fun imo the second is the live actor, who was nice and fine but we spent what felt like a lot of time talking to him instead of actually doing the room the teams component was a cool concept and the heist rush portion was REALLY fun, i wish this room was a lot more of that but unfortunately what you get stuck here with is a lot of cool ideas, crammed into a room that should be more focussed on other things 6/10 - good room overall but nothing amazing sadly
Where Dark Things Dwell [Outdoor]Secret City Adventures- Black Creek Pioneer VillageEscape roomIRLthis is a bit of a tricky room, because i love so much of it but also am critical of a lot of it atmospherically it was SO cool. right from the moment you get in there it’s an incredible time and you really feel like you’re wandering a haunted village. the different houses and the different scenery is so amazing to be surrounded by the part that loses me here is the puzzles themselves. you don’t actually do any puzzles until like half way into the room, and while there isnt a LOT to solve, its a lot of walking around trying to get clues to solve the next puzzle. it felt like a lot of distractions were in our way to be honest. the live actors took up a good chunk of our time distracting us (which was funny so its not a huge deal) and we got rained on unfortunately which took up even more time, and considering this was an outdoor room we were in a constant state of having to find shelter the puzzles themselves also weren’t that exciting sadly. they were almost all entirely word based and i cant help but feel like there was a lot of missed potential here with what could be some REALLY great puzzles the fact that you’re surrounded by other groups at the same time also makes this really fun, i was worried it would ruin it but that isnt the case at all. i really cant stress enough how cool the whole atmosphere here was but as far as an “escape room” goes, it really didnt feel like one to me. both for good reasons and bad ones 7/10 - this isnt gonna he for everyone, but for me i had a great time and even though it wasnt perfect, id recommend it. and maybe even try to do it again some day
Walden’s Wizarding ShopLooking Glass AdventuresEscape roomIRLif you’re a harry potter fan i think you’re bound to like this room more than others will, but overall it is your standard “great” room. a LOT of combo lock/lock and key puzzles but theres some cool gimmicks in there as well my biggest gripe really is that the room is TOO easy imo i only did it with one other person and found it wasnt that challenging really at all - but if you finish early the team lets you do a bonus challenge which is pretty fun! 6.5/10 - recommend for beginners or newer players, solid room
Operation Flamingo – Secret AgentLooking Glass AdventuresEscape roomIRLa room with some pretty cool challenges imo but VERY short unfortunately, i would have loved to spend more time in here some more creative puzzles and fun moments, nothing spectacular but there were multiple times i found myself stumped - much like the other rooms here if you finish early you get to do a bonus challenge which 7/10 - great room with some cool things, but feels too short to call it amazing
The Tomb: Raiders of the SwordRevo EscapeEscape roomIRLprobably THE best escape room i’ve ever done genuinely amazing all around, i have no notes for improvements it was so incredible. my only warning is that this is a VERY physical room, expect to be climbing, crawling, jumping and BALANCING a lot of the time 10/10 - revo escape has the best rooms in all of the GTA it’s official
The Grand Wilshire HotelThe Imaginarium: Playground for the Creative MindEscape roomIRLwow, Imaginarium REALLY lives up to their praise - seriously loved the aesthetic and production design here and the puzzles actually had a good amount of difficulty to them the puzzles felt well thought out and they also felt very original. loved the tech aspects and some of the other initiatives the team took to create a really immersive experience- seriously, it’s well felt 9/10 - another amazing marvel from Imaginarium :)
The Wrath of Amun RaThe Imaginarium: Playground for the Creative MindEscape roomIRLthis was a FANTASTIC room the production design took me by surprise and i was seriously impressed with the effort and care put into the look and feel of all the puzzles. nothing felt cheap, majority of the puzzles didnt rely on any lock and keys, it was a room you could tell had a lot of care put into it the puzzles were really well done too, nothing i’d say that that was super stimulating but some really cool ways of solving things. i think it makes for a great beginner/intermediate room - and relies on some great teamwork 8/10 - definitely would recommend, wish i could have looked around and just enjoyed the environment more

MuseumTrapped - ScarboroughEscape roomIRLman. this room was so close to actually being a good room the atmosphere was really mid but the puzzles were actually fun. not very challenging but still satisfying to solve so it was enjoyable. the last puzzle however was overwhelmingly difficult for no reason i’m not kidding when i say, we did the entire room in 45 minutes, and then spent another 40 minutes on the last puzzle and had to call in 2 hints just for it. i thought the design of it was poorly made and could be fixed with just a few indicators because even when it was explained to us by a team member, it still didnt make sense but the reality is that even if that puzzle was well done, the room wouldnt be anything special. it would just be a “good” room and nothing more 5/10 - could be great but unfortunately settles for “just fine”
Midnight ArcadeTrappedEscape roomIRLa great example of a simple room done right instead of a complex room done horribly wrong the room is very easy but it doesnt mean it isnt fun. there isnt much atmospherically to appreciate and its quite simple in its execution, but it still makes for a great beginner room, or a fun duo room for people who have a little more experience. i wouldnt recommend this room for veterans or large groups of people 6/10 - solid experience
Dream PortalDaydream Adventures - DanforthEscape roomIRLactually really enjoyed the atmosphere of this room a lot. all of the props are made with so much love and care you cant hate it. i really enjoyed finding new pieces to touch and play with the story itself wasnt anything great and came to a very anti climactic ending, and the puzzles while good - werent GREAT. they were fair though which was nice (i appreciate a room that doesnt screw you over lol) solid room and GREAT if you love a good atmosphere - can confidently say, i’ve never been in any room like it before 6/10 - good room, would recommend if you’re a beginner or enjoy cool forest aesthetics
The Ice CaveDaydream Adventures - DanforthEscape roomIRLreally wanted to like this room more but unfortunately just had too many issues for me to love it atmospherically it’s fantastic and beautiful with some genuinely amazing tech - unfortunately the puzzles are held back by technology that was not fully functional. there were times where we had accomplished puzzles and then had to do the solution AGAIN because the tech didnt register it. it was confusing and frustrating there is a cool finale sequence as well that is unfortunately held back as well by the technology. the story as well isn’t anything to write home about, its fine the room is ambitious and i appreciate what it sets out to do, but it needs a bit of tweaking in order to be better imo 4/10 - close to greatness but held back by its short comings
Ancient PyramidTrapped - AjaxEscape roomIRLmaybe im just biased because we barely escaped this room, but i really didnt enjoy it or care for it. there were several puzzles in this room with obscure clues and not enough logic to help solve them there was literally one puzzle we couldnt figure out so we just guessed until we eventually got it right. even after we got through, we still don’t understand how it worked the worst part though is even the fair puzzles…werent fun. this was probably my least fav escape room here, the lows are low and the highs arent really that high 3/10 - not a room i’d recommend but fine if you’re really curious
Secret Inheritance - COMING SOONTrapped - OshawaEscape roomIRLquick note - we actually beat this room with less than 5 seconds to spare, my team and i never got that close ever holy anyway, room was fine. the story was messy and made like no sense, some of the puzzles werent working and some didnt even make sense at all, we just guessed and got lucky. but other than that the room was quite challenging, some of the puzzles were challenging in a good way and i really liked that aspect to it unfortunately the room is flawed and held back by numerous puzzles that ruin the pacing and just get frustrating because they are flawed. but this room has potential to be something really great, just needs some touch ups. imo its the best room at Oshawa, which is unfortunate because it isnt THAT good but the rooms are this location are unfortunately really poor 5/10 - flawed room but a fun challenge and worth trying out but be aware its got some moments that will make you sigh
Murder On The ManateePremier Escape AdventuresEscape roomIRLoverall a solid room! few of the puzzles were unnecessarily difficult but over all a good room. don’t have much to say but if you’re looking for a good challenging room its worth checking out for sure 7/10 - fun challenge with a fun theme, would recommend
