PLAN52clueQuestEscape roomIRLAbsolutely superb! This was our 38th escape room and it's possibly our most favourite! There were so many puzzles to solve (hence the extra 5 mins) so it kept my husband and I busy. Yasmin was just wonderful and knew when to leave us to figure it out and when to give a small hint. There were lots of puzzles we'd never seen before which was fun. Will definitely return and do the other rooms!

The Da Vinci RoomEscape DundeeEscape roomIRLAbsolutely loved this escape room. Callum was a great games master. At one point we were stuck and asked for help. Callum said he would help us if we wanted but suggested we keep trying as we were doing well. We took his adice and solved it a few minutes later. Wnat we didn't know was we were one puzzle away from solving the room. So when we managed to solve it and escape we were so grateful that Callum didn't just help us immediately. We felt like we really earned our win. We also managed a wee place on the leaderboard which was a real bonus! Great puzzles, great staff. We really couldn't recommend this escape room enough.

Eye of The Sun GodEscape Hunt - GlasgowEscape roomIRLWe did not get our own games master so qhen we asked for help no-one answered om several occasions. Then at the end I asked for explanations to spme clues and the person was unable to answer them. Really disappointed.
Pirates Of CaribbeanGame Over Escape Rooms - LiverpoolEscape roomIRLWe were quite disappointed with this. There weren't many puzzles and were told not to touch a LOT of items in the room. I had forgotten them all so was nervous to touch a few things in case we got a row! The room itself is very worn and when we asked for help we had to wait around 6 minutes until we were helped. This was because the games master was helping or putting in another room! We arrived on time but had to wait until 15 minutes after our start time (with no explanation why) before we were started at the same time as another room. The customer service is poor and there are not enough games masters to feel like you're valued or important. If getting out in a good time is important to you then I would avoid this one as you may not get the extra help you need when you need it.
