Inventor's ParadoxEnter the ImaginariumEscape roomIRLThis room is a mainstay of Enter the Imaginarium and carried over from the old location, and it's a good one. Good puzzles and sets, fair and well designed. I think we had 6ish people (all casual, no experts), and it was a good match for that group.
Tomb ExplorerEscape Room PittsburghEscape roomIRLRan a handful of kids (ages 7-10ish) through this room for a birthday. They had a good time.
Magician’s SecretMagic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLMaybe we were just having an off day, or didn't have the right number of people, but this was our least favorite of the ones we did over a Columbus weekend. While the production quality was high and immersive, the puzzles themselves didn't sit well with us.
Escape the SpeakeasyEscape It GrandviewEscape roomIRLSolid, high quality room. Not groundbreaking, but you'll have a good time. Our favorite of several done over a weekend in Columbus.
The Mind's EyeEnter the ImaginariumEscape roomIRLI love Enter the Imaginarium overall and have done everything they've ever made, but this one didn't sit well with me. It felt like it was so caught up in the tech that it forgot to be fun and interesting, and the linearity didn't mesh well with our larger group.
Kidnapping 2: Afraid of the DarkBreakout Games - PittsburghEscape roomIRLHad a good time. The darkness gimmick was handled pretty reasonably, and for a couple of people that aren't super into scary things it was okay. Solved it with 2 people with plenty of time to spare without any hints, but it wasn't so easy as to not be fun.
