Incognito's Secret LairEscape Nation LTDEscape roomIRLWe really enjoyed this room, plenty to do as a team of 2 which took us right up to the time limit. Some different puzzles we've never seen before, and really refreshing to be in what felt like a one off custom built room from an independent room maker. Great hosting, and great rooms all around here, would definitely recommend and comfrotably in our top 5 favourite rooms.
Temple of Shadows: Breaking the CurseEscape Nation LTDEscape roomIRLAnother great room here. All three rooms are vastly different, but each has its charm and all are a blast to play. This was probably the toughest, but more than doable when you work together and work through the puzzles calmly. Great set design and puzzle flow with a great clue/hint system to let you know you're on the right lines. Can highly recommend.
Carnival CrisisClue CollectorsEscape roomIRLI had really high expectations for this room reading all the reviews but unfortunately for us it just didn't quite click. We've done around 50 rooms in total so we're fairly experienced, but this one just seemed extremely basic, like the puzzles were created more to take up time rather than be fun and engaging. Hopefully the rooms get better with this being their first one and we'd be willing to give it another go, but for some reason this just seemed to lack the whole reason behind doing escape rooms for us fun,challenging, and a sense of accomplishment in the end.
The DetentionJust In Tyne EscapeEscape roomIRLWe chose to do this room second after completing The Briefcase earlier in the day. It was another fantastic room with some clever and unique puzzles I've never seen before. The theming was great and it all flowed really well. Slightly easier than The Briefcase room, but nonetheless a really enjoyable one. A big shout out to the host Silas, who you can tell really cares about his rooms and he's always looking for feedback and ways to improve. The rooms here are the best I've done in the North East of England by quite some distance, and we're looking forward to what he's got coming up next!
A Brief CaseJust In Tyne EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was our first room here at Just In Time and wow, what an incredible one. Easily in the top 10 rooms we've done out of 40+ up and down the UK. Great puzzles, theming, flow and more than enough to keep a team of two occupied for the full 60 minutes. Plenty of great aha moments and generally fantastic hosting from start to finish. A big shout out to the host Silas, who you can tell really cares about his rooms and he's always looking for feedback and ways to improve. The rooms here are the best I've done in the North East of England by quite some distance, and we're looking forward to what he's got coming up next! 100% worth a trip if you;re within travelling distance.
