We really enjoyed the room. The decor was immersive and high-quality. The puzzles were original and engaging, with plenty to do. There were no padlocks—everything was mechanical or sensor-based. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It’s family-friendly and accessible. The sound was occasionally a bit loud, but overall, it wasn’t unpleasant. ⸻ We really liked the room. We played this game with two adults and two children aged 9 and 12, and I also had my eight-month-old baby in a front baby carrier. We enjoyed the variety of puzzles that combined tech elements with some traditional lock-and-key challenges. However, on two occasions, even though we had the correct solution, the mechanisms wouldn’t unlock. We had to call our game master, who confirmed we were correct and was able to unlock them remotely for us. This room was likely built several years ago and was surely very impressive at the time. Today, it feels like it could use a little update. However, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the immersive experience. At times, we also found some sounds to be a bit too loud. Very well done—the decor was fantastic and the immersive experience was once again top-notch. The story was original and the puzzles were interesting, though we found them a bit easy. Although the room and the theme weren’t scary at all, our 11-year-old was a little stressed by the dim lighting in certain corners. My partner and I played this game together. It was a linear room with immersive decor and atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the puzzles. Once again, Escaparium Laval has really impressed us. An immersive and well-designed setting, interesting and fun puzzles, and a creative way of incorporating the Game Master without relying on the traditional walkie-talkie. With a heavy reliance on technology, the puzzles never fail to surprise us with their ingenuity. It was another wonderful experience that we highly recommend!! Once again, Escaparium Laval has impressed us. An immersive and well-executed setting, interesting and fun puzzles, and an original way of integrating the Game Master without using the traditional walkie-talkie. Using mostly technology, the puzzles always surprise us with their sophistication. It was another great experience that we highly recommend.

Another room at Escaparium Laval that is simply stunning. A brief acting performance sets the scene, and suddenly our adventure begins. Original puzzles and breathtaking lighting effects left us in awe throughout our experience. We found ourselves in an immersive setting with a relatively dim atmosphere. Success requires good communication and strong teamwork. In short, an unforgettable experience! One improvement I’d like to see in this complex is the balance of sounds. The music and background noise are too loud compared to the Game Master’s voice. Another room at Escaparium Laval that is simply gorgeous. A brief acting segment to kick things off, and suddenly we’re off on our adventure. Original puzzles and stunning light effects amazed us throughout our experience. We find ourselves in an immersive setting and a relatively dark atmosphere. Good communication and teamwork are required to succeed. In short, an unforgettable experience. An improvement I’d like to see in this complex is the balance of sounds. The music and background noises are too loud compared to the GM’s voice.

I believe this room has been around for several years. The decorations were a bit worn out, although it was probably beautiful in the first few years after opening. Although the room incorporates several technological elements, they are clearly outdated compared to those at Escaparium Laval. Despite a very interesting ending, this room could use a little TLC… and some renovations… I believe this room has been around for several years. Using magic wands, we had to cast spells by performing the appropriate gestures. We started by entering a dark room. Then we cast our first spell: Lumos! Throughout our journey, we had to cast certain spells, which added to the immersive experience. It took a bit of searching and brainstorming to make our way through the room. When we needed clues, we turned to our dear Sylvianne, who was fully immersed in her character—which we really appreciated. We encountered a few minor glitches during the game, but our game master was keeping a close eye on us, so it wasn’t anything that could have derailed us. A wonderful Harry Potter-themed escape room, and our kids loved it. Using magic wands, we had to cast spells by performing the appropriate gestures. What more can I say than “WOW!” The room is huge. The decor is beautiful. The way the clues are presented is ingenious and original. Plus, the puzzles are really fun to solve. We were split into two groups to start, and our two daughters joined us. The setting was beautiful, and there were plenty of puzzles to solve. When we arrived, the game master told us it was their most difficult room. Despite that, we managed to finish with 2 minutes and 11 seconds to spare! Just in time for Halloween, we tried out this room two weeks after it opened. There were four of us adults, ready for a little scare. Split into two teams right from the start, we set off on this new adventure. True to the style of their other two rooms, the decor was stunning, and their puzzles didn’t disappoint. A truly creepy environment and dim lighting helped create a sinister atmosphere. All in all, we had a lot of fun in this multi-level room, but we expected to jump or get scared at certain moments—which hardly happened. When we spoke with the receptionist afterward, she mentioned that some triggers didn’t seem to have worked properly for the small scare elements that were supposed to occur. Since it’s a relatively new room, it still needed a few minor adjustments. During our game, we thought we were stuck on a puzzle twice, only to realize later that our actions had actually worked. In short, our feedback to improve the room was welcome, and we highly recommend Vizium for the overall experience we had there. To do so, we had to pose as a housekeeping crew. Once again, we were warmly welcomed by a Vizium employee who set the scene for us. In a large room, the decor was well done and the puzzles were varied. Plus, a real video lottery machine was there to keep us entertained if we needed a quick break. We were four adults with our two daughters for this escape game. The goal was to steal the gold bars stored in the casino and escape without leaving any traces! To do this, we had to pretend to be a cleaning crew. Once again, we were warmly welcomed by a Vizium employee who set the scene for us. In a large room, the decor was well done and the puzzles were varied. In addition, a real video lottery machine was available to keep us entertained if we needed a little break.

It was an approach we hadn’t experienced yet in the various rooms we’d played so far. After trying this room, the puzzles were good, but we expected there to be many more... The superpowers didn’t add much. Since we played in a linear fashion, we constantly found ourselves all stuck in front of each puzzle before moving on to the next one. So there were always people who couldn’t do anything. We were 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and our 2 young children. In short, there were still some fun puzzles, but there really weren’t enough!
