Cheesie's Pizza Party60 to Escape - SchaumburgEscape roomIRLThis game had an amazing atmosphere and fun animatronic. Our gamemaster was so enthusiastic and in character. We considered this pretty challenging for 2 people and needed several hints (which were delivered super quickly and pointed us in the right direction without totally giving the puzzle away). We probably would have done better with 3 or 4 players. Overall though really fun and I loved the ending sequence!
Blackwell ManorNew Mexico Escape Room - McLeod LocationEscape roomIRLI'd seen so many positive reviews about Blackwell Manor, be we left disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing, but the puzzles are actually pretty easy and there aren't that many of them. My husband and I finished with about 16 minutes left and we aren't particually fast puzzle solvers.
Mystery Manor60 to Escape - SchaumburgEscape roomIRLI did this with a few friends and two kids age 10 and 12. It was a little too spooky for the youngest child, so keep that in mind. Otherwise fun, immersive, and of the excellent quality I've come to expect from 60 to Escape.
Eternity Battle: A Super Sequel Escape RoomTrapped Puzzle Rooms - North LoopEscape roomIRLThis had a lot of puzzles and was challenging for 2 people (we were the last booking of the night and the gamemaster let us have a few extra minutes so we could finish!) Overall great though some puzzles were a little worn down and should be replaced or refreshed. Some really unique puzzles with mechanics I've never seen anywhere else and a fun ending!
