Loved that it was NOT linear. Allowed our group to split up and work on various different puzzles at once. Maybe not ideal for beginners.
Guardians' GroveSure Lock Escapes – Cypher Island (Renton)Escape roomIRLAnother great one from Sure Lock. I think this is our 6th room with them. This is the longest timed room in Washington and definitely one of the most challenging ones we’ve faced. Before we started, I loved how the host asked us how we’d like our clues? We opted for them not to share any with us until we ask and that was a nice customization of the experience. Immersive environment with unique puzzles as always with sure lock. My only negative on this one was that the wood panels in the last room were very difficult to read- even with our phone cameras on. Overall, just an excellent experience.

Midnight ManorEscape Hour Gig HarborEscape roomIRLAs always, Escape Hour delivers. I think this is our 4th room with them. It’s he first room to not force us to crawl or climb if that gives you an indication of how high the bar is for their experiences. Probably our least favorite of the 4 but this room is miles above the others we’ve done with most other companies. As always, excellent customer service, ambience and unique game play. Just can’t go wrong with escape hour.
The DepthsThe Escape Game - NYC (Midtown)Escape roomIRLVery immersive and story driven. We got stuck several times at key codes and locks where we had the right answer but it didn’t open or work for some reason. Overall, it was pretty good though.
The CondemnedEnigma Escapes WAEscape roomIRLOverall really good and in our top 10. Scary, but not distracting. Wish there were multiple rooms but they really made the most of the room we were in. Highly recommend.
