By far my favorite room, and I’ve done about 75 rooms. Completely immersive!  There is a live actor who is part of the story line and she was AMAZING!  the adventure moved at a great pace and gentle nudges we’re given when we were stuck.

We are experienced players, but we breezed through the room in 28 minutes with no hints - 4 players. We found the overall experience lacking. Some of the decor didn’t go together and there were random trash bags (decor) thrown around the room which had no purpose. A couple of the puzzles were a bit hard and didn’t need to be.
