There were too many instances where one side or the other just had to sit and wait. Puzzles on each side didn't necessarily connect with the story. Gamemaster didn't respond immediately for hint requests. Music was too loud making communication with our hearing impaired friend difficult. Had to explain to gamemaster where we were in solving puzzles, wasting time on multiple occasions.

I really wanted to enjoy this room. The theming was cool and the puzzles were interesting. But one of the locks didn't work even though we had the correct combination, and they didn't give us all our time back when they had to come in and force the lock open. Gamemasters were not responsive and it took several requests for help. Also, they didn't seem to be following our gameplay and would give us answers we had already solved.

This room was fun, but it's very dark so some parts are challenging. There are a few obscure clues and the gamemasters are not super responsive.

The room was all technology-based with no traditional locks. Some of the key pads weren't as responsive, but overall an easier room with interesting design and theming.

This room was fun with interesting theming. Most puzzles came together well. Our game master was super responsive.
