We purposely chose this room since we had a 6 year old with us and didn't want anything scary. She was able to help and had a lot of fun doing it. Non-linear and fairly easy to navigate.
Operation E.L.F. - CLOSEDRush Hour Live Escape GamesEscape roomIRLThe room was decorated so well, it felt like you were in the middle of Christmas. Beautiful decorations and vibe. There were a lot of items they didn't want you touching or moving, but they told you ahead of time and it was actually nice to know as to not waste time. We had a 6-year old with us and she LOVED it. Part of the game involved toys which was so fun for her.
Secrets of the Dead - CLOSEDRed Vein EscapeEscape roomIRLThe vibe of Red Vein is felt the minute you walk in the door. Our gamemaster stayed in character and added to the experience. Very creepy, but so much fun! We were a group of 3 and escaped with about 15 minutes to spare, however, we had no shame in asking for hints. The theme was great and the room decor was wonderful.
The Lost City of the Jaguar KingThe Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThe room was interesting and was manageable for our group of 2. However, some of the puzzles didn't work exactly as they should so we struggled. We spent a lot of time on two puzzles that should have opened much sooner than they did because they didn't line up exactly right. The room was a bit dated, but the theme was interesting and we enjoyed the experience as a whole.
Escape the 80s - CLOSEDEscapism GamesEscape roomIRLThis room was a surprise. The gaming elements were very widely varied and challenging, but not too hard. We had 3 adults and a 5 year old and we escaped. The theme was awesome and the gamemaster (owner) clearly loves what he does. Afterwards, he talked to us about the room build and everything he did himself. He has a great setup and we will definitely come back to do the 2nd room.

The room is a lot of fun and had some puzzles types that I hadn't seen before. The room is themed to be "dark" so my escape room flashlight that is always in my purse, helped us out. I definitely enjoyed it and will be back.
Greta's Diner - CLOSEDEscape Room Virginia PeninsulaEscape roomIRLWe really enjoyed this room. The theme and decor were very well done and you really felt like you were in a 50's diner. We got hung up on a couple things but it was because we didn't completely explore the room before we starting trying to solve puzzles. We know better than to do this, but we were so excited about the theme. Very well done! We will be back.

The props and atmosphere is incredible. I don't want to give anything away, but I highly recommend this one. You won't be disappointed. This is my very favorite escape game I've ever done.

It's Alive!!! - CLOSEDPuzzle Room LiveEscape roomIRLThis room is small, and a tight fit for the 4 of us, but so that not to give a spoiler, it was obvious why. It's fairly dark in there so you need some flash or phone lights. We were fairly new to escape rooms when we did this one so we stumbled a few times, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We ended up escaping and the end was worth it.

The business was very kind to my 85 year old mother who likes to watch us play but can't really participate unless she is sitting down. They made sure she had a place to sit and she was even able to help us with some of the clues. I loved this game and we were so excited to escape.

I would highly recommend going during the week so that there isn't really anyone waiting on you. This particular room is amazing and I loved the ending. Very nicely done and I highly recommend it.

This particular room was very intense (no spoilers) and might be a little much for the younger players. Very nicely done and I highly recommend it.

The props were older, but themed well. The gamemaster was very nice and was very kind when I checked ahead of time about my 85 year old mother having a place to sit in the room while we played. She loves to watch us play but can't stand for very long. He assured us she would be comfortable and she was, so thank you! I would visit this location again to play their other games.

Diamond Heist - CLOSEDDo You Even Escape?Escape roomIRLThis room as since closed, but if you find it open somewhere else, it's worth doing. It was one of our first escape rooms so we had no idea what were were doing, but we still had fun. The gamemaster let us stay in there because there was no one behind us and we still didn't escape, but it was completely due to our inexperience. The police sirens in the background added to the pressure. We had fun!
