This escape room is one of my favorite escape rooms that I’ve done, despite not having difficult puzzles, due to the amazingly well done atmosphere and the great and entertaining story.

One of our teammates got injured during this escape room. The live actor slammed open a door into their face. They also admitted to delaying our escape via the live actor. I would classify this room as more of immersive theater with a hint of puzzles. I cannot with good conscience recommend this room unless the section where this happened is revamped to be safer. I want to clarify that our group are all adults and I could not imagine anyone under the age of 20 being safe in this room.

I highly recommend this escape room to anyone who might be hesitating about the fact that it’s an apartment. Wow Moment Count: 4 or more, I lost track at some point. This escape room contains so many wow moments that really are worth the time. There are a few elements that are really quite COOL.

Overall, this escape room was too linear. The atmosphere was great, however the things you had to do had no in-universe explanations for why, and asked you to do things for no real reason / pulled you out of the immersion. Wow Moment Count: If the GM hadn’t given away the answer for one of the puzzles, there would have been one pretty solid wow moment.

I thoroughly enjoyed this escape room. The puzzles were fairly diverse and just dense enough to make everything feel involved without being overwhelming. I highly recommend going here.

This room had a lot of ideas that I liked the concept of, but the execution felt lacking. Overall I enjoyed the experience, but it was very linear and with bigger groups, some people might be left with nothing to do.

A very non traditional room that makes you think harder about what you can do. Although the puzzles are linear, the fact that the rooms are interweaved makes it feel less linear. There are required stairs and such that make this room inaccessible however.

I think the best way to describe this room is that it feels like a corporations idea of a bonding icebreaker. If silly chants and being active with some communication and a little working together appeals to you, then this room might be for you. Wow Moment Count: There is only one instance of a wow moment here for me, but I quite enjoyed it.

Overall, this was a fun room, though inaccessible due to steps throughout the room. First time I’ve seen scent as a primary aspect of the rooms composition.

Overall, this escape room was too easy. It was a good room to be my first escape room as it introduced things well, but it was just that, a basic escape room with a subpar theming, since the cyberpunk and the Samurai sections were never mixed. Wow Moment Count: There was a single moment that involved splitting the group that was extremely neat, but was underutilized afterward, as the group was instantly reunited.
