There should be enough time to do everything together, but it is definitely possible to split up most of the time, if that's more to your liking. The atmosphere and decoration are not too crazy, but well executed.

If the atmosphere is everything to you it probably won't scratch the itch, but it's more than ok. It is not a linear room and splitting up is probably a good idea.

Good spooky atmosphere with an option to turn it off completely if you really don't like that stuff. Puzzles are not too difficult, but very enjoyable.

The German text-to-speech was well done and a great bonus.

The focus is more on having fun, which makes it great for beginners, probably makes it good for kids as well. There is a variety of mini games/puzzles. It's linear and it's not difficult. Perfect if you want to do something on the lighter side/casual.

You can split up at times or you can do everything together, but you have to progress in rapid fashion if you do, otherwise you probably run out of time. The set fits the story pretty well and it was overall quite enjoyable.

The atmosphere is nothing too crazy, but also fit the theme pretty well. Thinking about how some escape rooms are very puzzle heavy and others are more an experience, I would put this one on the experience pile. There are some pretty memorable moments.

It has non-linear sections, in case you like to split up, but it is also totally possible to do everything together if you focus more on seeing everything. We did everything together and did not have to rush.
ConfinementRed Door Escape Room - San DiegoEscape roomIRLThe puzzles in this room are fun with one I particularly like. There are no annoying puzzles. The atmosphere is good. It's less horror and more depression vibes, which can be enjoyable from time to time. Like most if not all rooms at this location it is a mix of non-linear/linear stuff. It's probably advisable to split up when you can, otherwise it might get a little too tight timewise.
Project Minotaur - CLOSEDQuest Room - HollywoodEscape roomIRLThis room is like a survivor horror game but irl. The version we played did not have too many puzzles, but they were fun and not too easy. The set is really well made. It even has a surprisingly good story. Another room that makes you feel like you are in a movie/videogame. It's overall extremely fun. Wish it comes back somehow and I can do it again.
Amnesia - CLOSEDQuest Room - Culver CityEscape roomIRLVery sad to see this go. This is more of an experience than a classic escape room. The riddles are fun. The atmosphere is very well done. The horror comedy is very well executed. The entire thing feels like a movie with a very fun ending. Hope it comes back somehow. Very much liked the little joke with the professors name... Dr. Streichholzschächtelchen. Thank you for that.
