We had a really bad experience with this room. Almost every single puzzle malfunctioned/didn’t work properly and was overridden by the game master, or skipped entirely (we learned about puzzles we had no idea existed after the fact). I left feeling dejected and disappointed. The fact that this game is still available to be booked while being inoperable is very disrespectful to customers. We weren’t offered a refund, or any sort of compensation.

0/10, the worst escape room experience I have ever had. More than the money, just a waste of time.
